Newest Britt's Picks

Britt's picks are up for this week. The only thing I am interested in is the Inky Floral Tracker shorts and only Canada is getting them. WTH is up with the Blazer Vest? The bandon the SE WUPS looks like a calf sleeve. What a bizarre design.

Same thoughts on the oversize looking blazer vest, WTF were the design team thinking? I think there's a big effort in trying to make LLL more street wear than just athletic wear. I get that and would want my clothing to be more versatile, but this style is just not appealing. I also don't like the SE WUP calf sleeve/patch. I'm sure it will sell well since it's introduced as "Special Edition."

Disappointing upcoming upload. I'd be interested in the city skirt if it were coming to Canada. I don't understand the "US only", "Canada only" crap. I'm pretty sure people in both countries wish to purchase the items.

Does anyone know if the poky plastic thingy problem with the Tracker shorts waistband has been fixed? I could see being interested in those shorts, but not if the problem is ongoing. Can't really tell from the reviews.

Sounds like the blazer vest is designed not for looks but for carrying capacity - I personally would prefer to carry a handbag :) The loose-fitting luxtreme crops sound interesting, I'd like to at least try them on. Thanks for the post LLA!

Personally, I don't like the look of the Stash It Tank or the Blazer Vest at all, and the design on the Special Edition Wunder Under Pants isn't my taste either, but to each their own and if everyone only liked the same things that would be terrible - we would all be wearing the same things!
Right now I have my fingers crossed for a solid colour Bumble Berry Forme Jacket!

i got my order from this week - just the inky floral PS skirt in T (love it!), i would normally not get an item until the day after the following week's upload (i'm in nyc). so this is really amazing. can i ask - anyone who ordered the new pleat skirt, if you have it can you comment on quality and how short it is? TIA!

Um, no thank you. I'd go for the trackers, but everything else....yikes. :/

fug city. wallet happy.

OT: Can anyone speak to the size of the new savasana wraps? I'm thinking of getting one on ebay in my TTS (6) or should I size down?? I normally like my TTS and rarely size down.

And yes, WTH is up with that blazer vest is right. Did the designers go insane?

Those special edition wu's are interesting. I'm intrigued. Been so bored with everything for a while now

I too want the Tracker shorts! I was hoping to get them. I hope they come out with more colors/designs for us to choose from.

Off Topic, but I am so excited! Just got my athleta striped chatarunga tights today. They seem to be a pretty good dupe for parallel stripe wunder unders and were $77. Anyone know how athleta holds up?

I was really waiting for the WUP in this pretty print. I am CRUSHED by the design of the WUP *Sashiko! WTF is up with the calf sleeve and what appears to be some kinda grey strip on the right side of the upper leg? Ruined the pants IMHO. Well, I guess I'll wait and see what it looks before judging it further. I bet it'll be priced for $108 like the Groove WUP Sashiko. The Groove WUP was shipped from the Ohio warehouse since its not in the Oregon warehouse. Since I live in Silicon Valley, CA, that means it takes Fed Ex five days, not two days, to ship it to me. Very bummed by the longer wait and I hope the Groove WUP are worth paying almost $20 more and having to wait these extra days.I am loving this print, so I'm looking forward to seeing more yoga clothes, bang buster headband, towels, and perhaps The Mat.

Don't understand why anyone likes that floral print that looks like it has a weird stain that won't come out. To each his own!

But, I did get my bumble berry speeds today and I am in LOOOOOVE. I wasn't expecting how many of my CRB's the shorts would coordinate with. I especially love them with fatigue camo, lighter blues, bright pinks, and surprisingly, bruised berry.

@ anon 10:19 am - I don't know. The pair I got for signing up for the Sea Wheeze have the pokey waistband problem for me, which annoyed the crap out of me since they are special edition. However, my Secret Garden ones are fine.

@anon 3:51 - totally agree with you on the stain. Perhaps it won't look so bad when the white starts to look dingy.

@1:35 - i got my athleta ones yesterday - really cute right!? wore them for yoga and they were great, have not washed yet, but i love that the tag says 1)anti stink and 2)if you are unhappy at anytime - even after using (which they actually encourage) then simply return. love that! thankfully i have a fairly large lll collection - "collecting" for about 8 years, so i won't be hitting up athleta hard, but i do love my new leggings!! hope you enjoy yours!

Does anyone remember if the Bumble Berry WUC were already sold online? Or are they just in stores right now? I keep seeing pics of them in the FB groups, but I don't remember seeing them in the upload.

Yep, I think bumble berry WUC were sold out the night of upload on Canada site. By the time I finished work, my size already gone. :( I noticed there's that crop for a reasonable price on eBay now, but not sure if I want that cool racer as well. Also, can anybody commend on the fit, does it fit true or should I size down to avoid slip down? Please any suggestions, TIA!

Anon @12:00PM, I would size down, I got my size 4, and I feel I am dancing in it. I'm usually between size 2 and 4, like size 2 for Swiftly tank, and size 4 for CRB tank and all WUs, and I definitely need a size 2 for this warp. Too bad, they don't even make a size 2 Savasana wrap. ;(

it's so good. it's lightweight swift (to me it seemed really heavy looking online). maybe slightly longer than pace setter.

I just got it today. made my sis go to a store to get another color for me :)
I haven't washed it yet so I'm not sure how the pleats will hold up long term.

I have quite a few skirts and several shirts from Athleta and they have all held up pretty well. Of course their return policy is great. If you dislike anything for any reason they'll take it back. Even after wearing several times. Even if they don't sell it anymore.

@1:35 and @5:38 I KNOW the exact pair you're talking about!

I'm so on the verge of ordering them. Am thinking of ordering in both shades to compare. They seem to make the butt very flattering. Just not so sure on the sizing. May i ask on your LLM sizing vs Athleta's for this print? I like how they offer a petite option. LLM should really consider this, rather than adding inches to the wonder under crops :(
I missed out on their paisley print (and LLM's) and have been regretting ever since.

@8:14 lll size 6, athleta S, they are super flattering and cute!

hi anon 8:14, it's 5:38 here. in lll, i wear size 4 in all bottoms, i ordered the athleta in S and XS, the S was too big, the XS is great, actually if the XXS was longer they would have been even a better fit, yes very flattering, the stripe curves in like the quiet stripe, that is the reason it's flattering. they are soft and opaque. hth!

Hi I'm anon 8:14, thanks for your feedback! They sound perfect. I'm going to place an order right now :)
