Mail Day - Black Camo Inspires and Run For Fun Crops Plus Jeweled Magenta Vs. Other Pinks

I got my order from Tuesday afternoon and wanted to put up a few photos for you. The Black Camo Run For Fun Crops and Inspires in full on luxtreme are on the left. The Black Camo Wunder Under crops in denim luon is on the right. If you look close you can see that the Inspires have a solid black waistband and the Run For Funs have a camo waistband.

Full On Lutreme Black Camo Inspires on left and Denim Luon Black Camo Wunder Under Crops on the right.

The Black Camo Inspires, left, and Run for Fun crops, right.

Run for Fun crops on top on the Inspires.

Fatigue Camo vs. Black Camo Inspires - with flash
The black camo Inspires are quite a bit shinier than the Fatigue ones. I found them too shiny and they highlighted all my flaws. The material in the black camo seemed a bit more compressive than the Fatigue Camo Inspires, too. What was odd is that I could see my underwear outline through the Run For Fun crops but not in the Inspires and the RFF didn't feel any snugger than the Inspires. Because of the shininess I'll be returning both pairs of crops.

Jeweled Magenta Mesh Bangbuster on left next to a Perfect Paris BB on the right.

Clockwise from top - Fruity Tootie Deep V tank, Pow Pink CRB, Raspberry No Limit Tank, Raspberry Glo/Black Mod Waves CRB and Jeweled Magenta Bangbuster in the center.

A couple of you asked about bleeding for the Jeweled Magenta Swiftly. I wore the tank yesterday for a three mile run at the gym and didn't have any bleeding issues. After my run I rubbed the armpit area of the tank on a white towel to see if I could get some color to transfer but nothing rubbed off so this tank is good as far as bleeding goes.

Thank you so much for all the work you do on this blog, I love the comparison between the run for fun and camo inspires.

This is great information!

Thanks for the pics. I'm still on the fence about ordering a pair of the camo inspires. I have my denim luon WUCs on right now in the black camo and the material is not conducive to higher intensity workouts since it is so thick. I find it's not that stretchy either. If I do get the inspires I may relegate the WUCs to casual wear only.

Also - jeweled magenta is a beautiful rich color. I'd love it in a solid CRB or some other cute tank.

So since they keep bringing camo back for re-releases - do you think there is any chance they will bring back some beachscape items? I really regret not getting that CRB. Such a great summer print!!

I have had no bleeding so far with my short sleeve swiftly either. I soaked the corner in a sink full of water - absolutely no pink tint to the water at all. I rubbed the wet area against a white towel and no pink there either. I still plan to wash it by itself the first time, and I don't know if I would ever wear a white bra with the top. But I don't think I will have pink dye running down my body so I think it's a keeper!

@ anon 5:00 am - I have the same issue with the denim luon WUCs, too - too thick and hot and not very stretchy. I was hoping the black camo Inspires would be a good replacement but I'll just wear my fatigue ones when I am in a camo mood.

5:00 am here - I went into a store today and got to try on the run for fun crops in black camo. I actually really liked the material but would prefer the inspires. I like the sheen that they have. Unfortunately the store sold out so I will order them online.

Thanks for a great blog!!

Hi LLA, would you be willing to share a photo of the black camo pants on? I'm dying for a pair of the inspires, but now I'm concerned about the shine level.
