Secret Garden and Petite Fleur Inspire Crop Photos

Photo from a Canadian store.

Photos of the new full on luxtreme print Inspire Crops. My store had the new Petite Fleur but not the Secret Garden. I took both pairs with me to see how they looked in the three way mirror and ended up returning the Petite Fleur and keeping the Secret Garden, for now. Both are nicely thick and I couldn't see my nude underwear through under either pair. However, the Secret Garden fits a bit looser and the darker colors work better for me, I think. I was kind of hoping my store would have the Secret Garden Inspires in so I could check out the print distribution on another pair since but they didn't. I'm going to leave the tags on a little longer since it is a very noticeable print and I'm not sure how brave I am. I also returned the Pow Light Cool Racerback since I already have Pow and a couple other CRBs that are super close to Pow. I tried on the new Lightened Up LS and liked it a lot better than the Runamuck LS. I thought the fit was a generous TTS and the cut is figure flattering.

I love the second picture of the SG Inspire crops. Such a beautiful cut and looks great with black top.
LLA, I'm glad you decided on what to keep, but I know that feeling of being on the fence about it...

Anyone spot the Secret Garden shorts or crops in Canadian stores yet? The shorts weren't uploaded Canada side.

Any chance of getting a Pretty Purple Forme jacket coming soon? I would love to see one!

@ stylista diva 4:01, no haven't seen the SG shorts or Inspires in store. I have see the pace tight, CRB and FTB bra in store (Toronto).

I like Secret Garden print. The print has a certain amount of gusto, so you just have to embrace that if you wear it. My issue is how often can you wear it? (I would treat a dress the same way.) They will get noticed every time, unlike a black crop with a bit of a theme or details on them. Not that I really care, but it's something I think about. That and will I tire of the print? Yet the print can also lift your spirits, so it can also be a motivator. There might be days where you just need to run (workout etc.) in flowers.

@ anon 5:01 am - I totally agree - it's such a noticeable print you can't wear it too often. However, for outdoor running I don't feel I need to be as careful in rotating my clothes as much since I run different routes/times all the time so the likelihood of the same people seeing me are a lot lower than if I pull them out at the gym. I think they are great pants to pull out for a race and that is when I think people like to pull out their most showy, pump-you-up pieces.

Hope you don't mind LLA - you don't have to post if you prefer not:

Way OT here but thought if anyone surfing the blog this weekend, may have some interest: I have a men's Precision T in size L Heathered Corn Flower Blue, NWT that I bought for my husband and he doesn't want. (boo!) Looking to sell for $44.00, free US ship.
Email brevoir13@gmail.com if interested.

I actually like the SG print in the shorts, but prefer my shorts to be 2-way.

OT-I ordered a floral platoon WUC size 4 about few days ago. Does anyone know if the material is denim luon or so? And any review?
Sometimes weird coming back is happening and this was treasurly surprise for me! I had been seeking ebay and elsewhere since the upload back in Feb.
TIA!

GORGEOUS! Saw a girl at the gym with the SG Inspires and she completely rocked it. Goes with so many colours. The pictures really don't do it justice.

Totally ot: why why why why cant i just go into a lulu store, look around and just leave without buying anything?! Seriously, barely a week passes without me getting some new lulu.
Ja, i work out and run a lot, but aren't 10 speedshorts and countless wuc, run inspires, etc enough?
I just looove their stuff and compared to lots of other brands it is really good quality. But still, will there ever be an end to this?! Am i the only one or does this happen to others, too?
And thank you for your lovely and great page, luluaddict...nurturing my own sweet addiction ;) you put so much effort in this page, that's great!

I bought the Secret Garden speed shorts while I was in Las Vegas last week they also had another style of shorts in the same print. Lots of fun stuff at that store and people were scooping up the new prints.

totally o/t, but did anyone else notice the pretty dark haired model is also modeling for Beyond Yoga? When she models for lulu (lately), her eyebrows are filled in to look thicker.

Has anyone tried the secret garden speed shorts? Are they TTS?
I wear a size 4 in all lulu bottoms, including groovy run & tracker ii shorts, so would I be ok with a 4?
I ask this because I find that a lot of my groovy run shorts fit differently (some more snug than others) & most recently I ordered the angel blue tracker shorts & found them to be quite larger than my rad plaid & cadet blue tracker ii shorts.
Thanks!

I am unsure as to why the Secret Garden print causes so much anxiety. Who in the world is hoping to call you out for "wearing it too much"? The person who thinks of doing so really needs to get a life. The print is gorgeous. However, if you don't like it, don't wear it. Pipe down, people.

TMI Store report: went to my local store to try on various sizes of WAFS cashew crops/pants. I ended up with the WUC in size 8, but i still think they are a little loose. i am always between 6 and 8, but the 6 in both pants and crops were just a little to snug in the crotch - felt like camel toe waiting to happen. i have a 6 in one of the ziggy colors and they fit great EXCEPT a little irritating in the crotch. the cashew WAFS 8s have a little too much material in the rear, right under the butt. anyway, i decided i'd be more comfortable in the 8. so if you're someone who doesn't like a short rise, you might want to go with your bigger size, but it will probably be a little too big.... :-p

as far as the cashew WAFS color, i really liked it - it's warmer than a more gray-based WAFS, but not too creamy. a really good neutral for me - I can't wear beiges and i'm finding that straight grays are making me look old (as I get older!). i ended up ordering the forme in this color - my first Forme - well, i've bought some others but returned them. i ordered this one on line so i'd have more time to return it. ;-)

tried the dance warrior tank in 6 and 8. 8 was way too big; 6 fit great but i had these little bubbles of back fat in between the bottom straps. i am not particularly flabby on my back, so this was something that didn't have to happen, and it was too much for me. i was disappointed because it otherwise fit how i wish power Y tanks would fit - 6s are too tight in the band and 8s are huge on me.

all of their carry and go pants were on sale for $59, so i grabbed a pair in heather black. (they didn't have any of the stripey ones.) they're a little droopy but will be great lounge pants to replace some that are either too big or too white.

also picked up a secret garden bang buster - it's the perfect amount of that print!

@ anon 9:04 pm - Interesting! I'll have to check that out.

both the Adrienne Ho (the skinny dark haired model they were using for everything for awhile) & the gorgeous girl with darker skin are also modeling for F21 online. It's interesting/weird to see them not wearing lulu!

Which tank is the girl in the top picture wearing?

@ 7:02, wow, such snark. It's not causing anyone anxiety. Evidently you need to get a life by overreacting and feeling the need to be nasty.

Definitely glad to not know you!

anon 9:04; yeah i've seen her modeling on amazon too weird cause i was under the impression that their models (lulu), were employees not professional i mean? anyhow i guess thats not true or they are branching out to become models? anyhow i'd like to know for sure out of curiousity also wonder if/how much they get paid?

3:10 I totally hear you. I have the same issue. that is probably why we spend so much time on this blog.

I think the secret garden pattern is pretty nice, I wouldn't judge anyone if I saw them wearing those, and I wouldn't care what people may say if I was running the streets of NYC in those. Hoping I can grab a pair.

@anon 9:04, she also put on a lot more make up lately, orangy lips etc. I didn't like that look, I like her in natural makeups. She's really pretty regardless tho.

I usually wear a size 6 in 4-way stretch speed shorts and a size 8 in WU's. I size down for the speeds. I got the size 6 in the secret garden and it fits great.

i size up for speeds not down and size down for wu; guess its personal preference i have speeds tight and wu run big imo so sizing down is imperitive for me since i am btwn sizes on the charts 36 in hip i fall squarly btwn 4 and 6; like i said it all depends on comfort and how you think it looks i hate speeds tight however also only buy the 2-way i find the 4 way hang droopy poopy in the back the material has no structure like the 2 way which i've been buying since they first came out a few years ago back then there was no 4 way btw.

my 2 way speeds chafe when I run more than 6 miles in them. I mostly wear those for kettlebell workouts or for casual wear.
