I wrote a fit review on most of those items on the last post (this one wasn't up yet). Sorry.

great color on the DSJ, i really prefer the original design with more ribbing at the wrist - i have 3, so i'm set, but happy it's back for those that missed the original! i would actually have stayed up in the hopes of getting the wee space crops - but i just can't risk the zero compression issues of the PS crop - i know the patterns are great, but they feel the exact same as crops from TJmax (nothing wrong with TJmax but i don't want to pay 72+dollars for TJmax quality crops) - thanks for all the AWESOME pics!!

Is that a cape on the burnout tank?

Lots of cute stuff here. I like the astro wups and wafs WUCs

Excellent, nothing I want here, none of it appeals. Cashew/black/soot wafs is so nice, so the Forme ii jacket looks nice, but I have no desire for that jacket.

I am not into these new releases of the Dance Studio Jacket. I'm glad I have an older version.

I already bought the wafs cashew WU crop. That was a happy accident for me to find them in store, in my size last Thursday...and before on-line craziness (which I do not stay up for). Plus I've bought a few other things lately. The In the Flow dress is going back. Fits me and no issues, but it's going to ride up and I can't stand being fidgety.

random for a deep zin DSJ to appear....

I received the Rad Plaid Ambient Grey Speed Shorts and I love them! Normally not drawn to plaid but they did a nice job with this print. Will definitely wear them for my next race.

I think in a thread a while ago, someone mentioned that they noticed that the inseam is now longer for SS? I just compared them to some SS purchased as recently as last year, and it's the same as those ones. However if I compare these new ones to the inseam of SS from 2 or 3 years ago, it is longer.

I haven't experienced any performance issues (chafing etc.) with the longer inseam. Styling and fit wise it's a non-issue for me (wear a 4 or 6 depending on the SS material).

Aw, man. My kid's college fund was safe until I spotted that cashew WAFS Forme II. And a two-tone scoop neck is sure to follow a la cadet WAFS.

I love that burnout print and the tank neckline/sleeveless but I will feel silly in a cape. Feel like they ruined a beautiful tank with this addition. Maybe I can cut it off?

I agree w you, Eric, however I hope they do some more deep zin stuff, as it was one of my all time faves, but they prob just had leftover material, lol!

Am I the only person who doesn't like the cashew/black WAFS pants and crops? I would LOVE them if they were white grey and black. I would be all over those!!!

No words to describe how excited I am for the astro wunder under pants to finally be released...

Nothing of interest here for me. I think LLL has a conspiracy to make clothing which shows our back fat and which makes our butts and thighs look huge so that we'll look like the fat Americans that we are. I don't know what they were thinking with that God-awful Secret Garden pattern, but I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that.

LLA-Do you think the secret garden print will come in a CRB?

Have the made an Astro WU crop in the past?

Anonymous said...

Nope. Not my thing either. I like your white, grey, black idea.

Loving the WAFS crops and Astro WU. Also waiting for the Astro WUC to come back...I have a pair in slub denim from a couple years ago and they are my favorite lulu pants I've ever gotten - but the last release was in the crappy luon phase and not great colors so I passed.

Thinking I will skip the WAFS crops but would buy a CRB if that shows up!

I am trying to decide what to do about my Milky Way WUP...I made a special trip to my local store to get them same day as the upload. LOVE the colors/pattern even thought they are too loud to wear too all the time. So I finally decided to keep them and take tags off this weekend. Washed and wore them once for yoga AT HOME and put them on again today and found a giant thread hanging off my crotch! The thread came out of the whole front rise and the seam there is no longer flat on the inside because this thread was the one that flatlocked it apparently. I could probably just cut the thread and know they PROBABLY won't keep unraveling but I only wore them once and now I'm seriously not sure it is smart to keep them! Ugh, Lulu first world problems, what to do...???? I loved the new fabric of this print and assumed the quality would not be an issue...

@ 5:43 PM, probably you are the only one. They'll be gone in little time when they go on-line. I have them (from the store) and they are probably one of the prettiest wafs prints they've ever done. Very classic as well.

As for the person who says TJ Maxx gear is as good...that would be a no. Years ago I tried the TJ Maxx active wear offerings and once you go to LLL, you cannot go back. Plus, nothing compares to these particular wafs WU's, so soft and comfortable. If they were "meh" or cheap, I'd tell it like it is. These are definitely excellent.

Anon @ 5:43, you aren't the only one, I don't like that WAFS print either :-). I don't normally wear black, but aside from that, I don't care for the cashew.

This may sound silly to ask but are the new Cashew wee are from space the denim version?

LuluAddict said...

@ anon 7:18 am - not a dumb question - they are not denim which is the reason I am getting them.

the wee are from space pattern is really awesome and quite flattering every time I wear the fatigue ones, my boyfriend goes crazy. I love the darker shade of the wee are from space WUP.
