More of the Latest

The Secret Garden Yoga on the Fly Duffel. I saw this in the store yesterday and it is a showy bag. If I didn't already have a relatively new bag I'd definitely think about getting this one.

I forgot to write yesterday that I tried on the Tech Mesh Singlet in the store yesterday. I am a huge fan of mesh and mesh-back tanks for hot workouts. Years ago, lululemon released special edition Cool Racerbacks made of Circle Mesh. The Circle Mesh CRB, the Mod Waves CRB, and the Right Round tank are three of my favorite hot weather run tops so I was excited to try on the Tech Mesh Singlet. Though the website only shows the Tech Mesh in Lavender Dusk and Black on it, my store also had it in Clear Mint and Soot. The Black and the Soot versions are made out of Circle Mesh. The Lavender and the Clear Mint are made out of the same kind of mesh that is used in the Flow N Go Tanks, which lululemon just calls "mesh." I think this other kind of mesh is a bit more delicate than circle mesh, but both kinds need to be put into a lingerie bag in the washer. The fit on the Tech Mesh Singlet is rather straight - since I am a pear shape I found it very large in the chest and a bit small at the hips. It's also on the short side. I'd prefer is the tank was a bit snugger at the chest, with smaller armholes, was longer, and flared out more for the abdomen/hips - pretty much the 105F singlet in mesh form. I know it's meant to be roomy/low cut to show off the bra underneath but I'd want to use it for running and I don't care to have a lot of my Ta Ta Tamer show. I don't mind having a lot of an Energy bra show but TTTs always seem more like underwear to me than a sports bra meant to be revealed. Anyway, if you aren't a pear shape, this tank should fit you perfectly, if a little on the short side.

The 105F tanks have become my gym tank of choice for non-run workouts. (Though the material is fine to run in, I use a Ta Ta Tamer for running and this tank reveals too much of the TTT for me.) I usually wear it with an Energy bra but sometimes an All Sport. The Lullaby one has been calling my name and I'm dying to add it to my collection (I have them in Angel, Black, Bordeaux, and Raspberry). From left to right: Zing Pink (I think), Vintage Pink, White, Bali Breeze, Angel Blue, Antidote, and Lullaby.

I believe these are all on the same woman so this photo makes a nice comparison shot - Top, left to right - Clear Mint Pace Rival Skirt, White Pace Setter, Pip Dream Free Reign Short; bottom row- Pretty Purple Tracker II shorts, Secret Garden Pace Rival Skirt, and Angel Dot Pace Setter skirt.

Lullaby Forme Jacket and Angel/Lullaby striped CRB.

The very cute Pretty Purple/Vintage Pink striped Pace crops and Pow Swiftly LS.

WMTM is up, just 21 items, but Race with Grace are available in all sizes in black for $69. It's a great top, but it was too long for my short self, and it runs snug. Besides, I don't need another black running LS half zip!

I love those pace crops!! So pretty.

I love the Pace Crops. They are my favorite to run in. Do you think North America will ever get the Mod Moves crops? Australia still has them on their site.

That photo of the 105 F Singlets makes me want to buy one in every color. I love them too, though I'm not terribly fond of the Silverescent "stripes." I prefer the version made with Luon Light from last season. Also wish they weren't so low cut... I don't mind my bra peeking out the top, but several inches of bra is a little much.

Do they give you samples of all their clothes before they hit stores/online? You're so on top of it, it's awesome!

I really like the 105 singlet, but it's way too big on me. Does the mesh singlet run smaller?

Thanks for the input. I have been considering this item for a while.

OT got my cashew WAFS order- i had tried to order a 6 and an 8 in the crops, but only ended up with the 8, and got the 6 in the WUP.

as usually i really am between sizes. the 8 WUC feels almost baggy and the 6 pant is just a little too tight in the waist and crotch. i have a pair of size 8 parallel stripe WUC with the tags still on because they are just too big, but these 8 WAFS are not as big as those. not sure if i should keep either of the cashew WAFS or try to find a 6 in the WUC and get an 8 in the pants. any input from those who have worn yours already - did you go with your smaller or larger size, and how did that turn out for you?

also, if anyone wants to trade a pair of size 6 parallel stripe WUC for my NWT tags size 8, let me know!
TIA!

Hey, I'm new to your blog, and I LOVE it! I came here for the first time 2 days ago, because I'm thinking about buying the sold out Peplum Tank off of eBay, and I wanted a review of it first. Needless to say, I still bought it! I will have to come back and visit soon for the latest updates. Keep up the great work!

I just got the secret garden duffel today at my local store. It is adorable! I loved it in the pictures on your blog. I didn't buy it right away at upload and it sold out so fast! I was lucky to find only one in the store. I have been wanting a printed lulu gym bag for a long time!

One of my store PNs has a Pace Crop listed as "Wee stripe black/Soot/Pretty Purple" -- don't think these ones pictured are them but has anyone seen them? My indigo wee stripe Pace Crops from last year are among my favorites and I would love a similar pair!!! Many thanks for any intel...

So, got my pineapples ...lol

They are actually not too bad, better than the tribal print they had a little while ago...Luon is thicker and the print is shiny and a nice green color....the fact that it is a multiple pineapple isn't even that evident until you look close.....so, these are kinda "enigmatic" pants...hehe

The only reason they will go back is that I don't like how any solid print looks on my rather large legs....it is not slimming as opposed to smaller evenly printed or even asymmetrical bigger printed WUP.......

A strange exception are ombré WUC that are still slimming no matter what....wish they made fatigue ombré or any green ombré would be fantastic

@ anon 10:03, I'm a 4 consistently. Bought a 4 in the wafs cashew black WU crop and they are perfect. I did try a size 6 in the wafs WU pant and they were way too loose on me. I wanted the pant version but had to pass, I could not settle for them being so loose. I'm happy that I at least have the crop version.

Anon 10:03 I am usually between a 4 and a 6 in WUC and I took the 4 in the cashew WAFS crop. But with the pants I generally take the 6, not sure why but they seem to fit differently from the pant to the crop (or maybe its just me)

I have worn the crops and they fit perfectly as the 6 would have fallen down

Anon 9:01am: The mesh singlet does run smaller than the 105f. I am almost always a sz 6 in regular tops and bras. I sz down to a 2 in the 105f and I took a sz 4 in the mesh singlet.

Also, did anyone notice that the ruched swiftly is priced lower online than in stores?

I am between 2 and 4 in bottoms. I could go with either in cashew WAFS WUC, but went with 2 since it fits better. For PS WUC, I took size 2.

Lulefemom...I bought those pace crops in store last Thursday and they are soot with the pretty purple and i think vintage pink. So cute I love them. They also had a wee stripe version a black version with clear mint trim. Hope that helps! I already want another pair.

I really like that duffle in secret garden! I just worry it would overwhelm my 5'1" frame but now I want it anyway.
has anyone tried the fast track II shorts?

I am between sizes also measurement-wise which means I often have to try on both sizes in any bottom. In both the WAFS cashew and the PS WU crops I went with my size down. They were a bit snugger in the waist, but the size up wrinkled more behind the knee and under the butt. I figured it would end up sagging more with wear if I went with the size up. If the bigger size slides in a squat or bend at the waist, you should probably size down, otherwise you are likely do be constantly pulling them up.

Totally agree with you LLA re 105F singlets. They are my new favourites for any non-run workout. Always get compliments from fellow gym-goers or other bootcamp-ers about how great it looks. They are super flattering in my size down! Also have 4 (black, white, bali breeze and older version cornflower) colours and have to constantly remind myself I don't need anymore as I am definitely lusting after vintage pink and lullaby *drool*. Wear them with pants, crops, shorts, and can't wait for warmer weather so I can layer them over a CRB and jeans/capris.

Also been wearing them for yoga; to stop them from flipping up and showing belly/skin, I gather up the loose fabric in the small of my back and tie a little knot. Maybe this will work for running as well, but I haven't tried it yet. Thank you for your extremely useful blog and opinions!

I love the Pretty Purple/Vintage Pink Pace crops. However, since the Pretty Purple part is pretty much covered by your shirt, what you end up seeing is the Vintage Pink and I already have a pair of Run Inspires with the Vintage Pink accent on the legs so there's no reason to get these. I wish they would have reversed where the two colors were used.
