I tried on the dancing warrior today and I was pretty surprised by the coverage since normally the tops are pretty low cut. I am a 34D and between a 6-8 in built in shelf bras. The 6 fit perfectly in the bra and throughout the body of the tank. It covered about the amount of a power Y tank, if not a little more. It was really nice, I am waiting for it to come out in a brighter solid but overall I thought it was great.

i bought the Dancing Warrior tank today. I usually wear size 12 in most tops ( I like things loose) and tried this on and bought a size ten. I love the new floral print and thought top looked lovely. Coverage is very nice as top is high enough not to show off chest. I was also surprised that I did not have tons of back fat. It was very nice all around as well as length. I may purchase light purple once I try new top out. PS I am a 38 B.

Also purchased Go Go V in white. This will be a nice white top for street wear. It feels nice and is long enough to tuck in skirts et.......

The Cashew Black Wee Are From Space Wunder Under crops looks just like the UnderArmour studio wear crop from a year ago. I got it for a much better price.

Dancing Warrior tank - for the most part those back straps are a disaster on everyone, all askew like that. I'd be so annoyed by this level of having to fuss, it's an easy pass.

Satya tank - it's a pretty tank esp. in the dip dye. But the girl with the yellow water bottle, yellow in the scarf...way too revealing imo.

I just picked up the WUP in the wee are from space cashew black and I really like the feel of the material and they way the pattern colors work.
There was only one in size 4 at the Union Square NYC store. I am going to get a lot of use of these babies.
Under armour uses a lot of polyester.

Lots of the new stuff in the Palo Alto Lululemon store. They had plenty of Cashew Black Wee Are From Space Wunder Unders & Crops, the Dance Studio Jacket in all colors and lots of the other stuff, too. Also the new biking tops.

No, those Under Armour aren't nearly as pretty. I remember seeing them & thinking how they were trying to do LLL's awesome WAFS - but not nearly as pretty, nor thick & soft.

Tons of Petite Fleur items on sale in stores...

Throw Me Over Scarf $29 not popular at all and looks awful!

I tried the Nice Asana but decided it was a pass..

The SS tank is nice, love the ombre but sheesh, that is a little to revealing for a health club, IMO. Put a couple of aftermarket puppies in that tank and it will be scandalous. I have to shake my head sometimes when women are working with a trainer or out in full view of everyone and they go into a plank and you can see everything. I know that tank is meant for yoga but you know people will wear it for weights too. to bad..I love the ombre

Forgot all about the embody crop. Was eagerly awaiting for it to appear in the US website. WHERE is it? :(

Thanks everyone for the Dance Warrior Tank reviews. I bought it in a whim on today's upload because I love the back straps & long length. Based on your reviews, sounds like I ordered the right size.

@luluaddict

just received notification in the mail that I'll be receiving a check for the class action lawsuit filed against lululemon! Not sure if you already covered it on the blog, but it was definitely interesting. As an employee, it was unheard of to speak out about having to work off the clock and fulfill roles of a salaried employee. So glad someone stepped forward and did something about it. I didn't have the guts to say anything about it. I'll always be grateful for the two socal ladies that filed. It made me step back and reevaluate what i was doing at the company. That being said.....still love the clothes. I'll likely use the check to buy some new Wunder Unders lol.

Same here anon @ 10:56; I missed out online and I just can't get to a store for the live natural black/cadet ombre crops.

I like the back view of the Satya tank, but the v-front is too low cut for me for any occasion be it yoga or wearing it outside of home. It's too pricey for me to get it as lounge wear.

I like the Astro pants' waist band, but worry if it's too low. After having two kids, I've been gravitating towards the high/low waist banded crops/pants. ;-)

Anytime I see someone wearing under armour or nike with prints, I tend to notice the fit and look of it and remember why I pay what I pay for Lululemon. Their crops aren't the material of a good solid pair of QUALITY Lululemon.
Although I do find that Athleta has nice casual clothing that fit flattering for my athletic body. Their workout clothes just fits weird and huge as well. That's how I get my husband to buy into Lululemon & my spending is by trying on other athletic apparel. HAHA

could anyone tell me--been calling all my WA state stores for the Live Natural ombre for a week--and they never got it in. Do I give up at this point? Do some stores just never get some items? Were those online only?
Thanks, for any info.

Hmm when I got up for work, I checked the upload. I was excited about the WAS WC or WUP but couldn't pull the trigger. I got to work and looked at them again I think they look like an animal tiger? stripe. I guess it's the color blend.....so pass for me.
I'm eyeing the sunny lime scuba to pair with my sunny lime dip dye modern racer. However I think the plum peach scuba is great for spring-summer

@ anon 2:24 pm - remind us about this case again. I remember reading about it in the paper - it was for unpaid overtime, right? I know there is one or two class actions filed from stockholders for the sheer pants thing but this was about the employees. I just googled and couldn't find anything recent about a settlement.

Does anyone know how pipe dream blue compares to rocksteady? Are they close?

Found a copy of the complaint, I think. It looks like it was for having to buying the clothe but not being reimbursed for them.

Calling all Angels! I am trying to get my hands on 2 scoop neck tanks can anyone put me in touch with the angels? I have an old email address that no longer works : (

Thanks for your help!

Under Armour's version is not LLL wafs, no matter how hard it tries. But if you're content with the UA, so be it.

These wafs cashew black WU's are the best, from the colour combo (very classic) to the feel and quality of the material. Who says these things - tiger stripe? Perhaps go look at images of tiger fur to refresh your memory. I'm happy to have mine and my prediction is that these will become one of those wafs that everyone is going to want, going to go for high prices on ebay etc. even when sold used. I will NOT be selling mine!

I tried on and loved the Dancing Warrior. Even though I have a D cup the coverage was okay and no back fat in sight. I went with my CRB size. I usually can't wear Lulu's skinny strap tanks because they cut into my traps, but this tank was comfy through my entire shoulder workout.

Dang.. why are so many people getting so defensive about someone enjoying an Under Armour crop. Lulu fans are weird, and I am turned off by the company more and more everyday.

I've been checking all the Chicago stores for the past week for the Live Natural crops, no luck. I remember at least one store having the soot ombre ones, but no luck with the cadet blue ones yet. Still hoping they'll show up!

@ anon at 6:24 PM, u sound just like a good employee. Good for you, you are doing an excellent job for what you are paid. But honest truth is I am very content with the fit and material and price of UA crops, they are comfy and flattering.

@ anon at 8:21 PM, I think those posts come from one person.

The cashew wafs print is quite similar to what glyder and Zella have been offering for a while, perhaps that's why it's not selling out so fast. My BF just ordered the Zella version, we're curious and going to compare the quality!

Lots of crazy tops from LLM recently, I'm boring and going to stick to the simpler classic tops that are less trendy. Clean lines, chic and uncomplicated.

here here anonymous 8:21. i see bizarre loyalty where in reality lulu makes good and bad stuff just like most all other lines. i get turned off by what comes off to me as snobbery.

While I don't own any UA crops - I actually admire the way they look on other girls at my box. One girl has crops that are slightly shiny and they look awesome! I'd love a pair of my own. Nike clothing has just never fit me quite right.

I wore my lulu WAFS crops yesterday for pilates and they were AMAZING!! Soft, comfortable, NOT shiny & didn't have to pull them up once! I own all different brands of athletic wear and find lulu overall looks, fits, and performs far better than any other brand for my activities which are mainly pilates and yoga! I personally don't care for the shiny leggings in any brand and hate having to constantly pull my pants up or adjust during class. (I find myself doing that with ALL the other brands)

am I the only one who hates the cotton tie dye tops? It looks like you have already worked out with the wet sweat stains going down the side. And the salutation to savasana tank looks like something Dobby from Harry Potter would wear. Someone give these girls a sock and set them free.

It does sound like someone around here is getting paid by lululemon. I certainly like their products (for the most part), but that's over the top fanaticism.

I tried on the WAFS crops today. The quality is fine, just didn't like the way they added pounds to my lower half. The dance warrior tank is cute, but it is minimizing to the chest. I bought it, but I will need the cups for sure. The new blue is a pretty color. Reminds me of a blue from the past, but can't remember the name. I like the new floral print in small doses. It's a bit overwhelming on some items. Didn't see anything else that was new.

I say these things, that's who. I don't need to refresh my memory ...if something like tiger stripes comes to MY mind then that IS what they remind me of ...it does not have to look exactly like it to remind me of it. That is my opinion that I'm free to share.
There are choices available because people are different and like differ things.
I love my WAFS (color code WESC) made before quality went down. I didn't pull the trigger on the new WAFS cashew/black because they make ME think of animal print. Try being more secure and less judgmental of others OPINIONS

@ anon 11:44 am - I saw the Cashew WAFS WUC/WUPs in the store today. I ordered them Monday night but they'll go back. They are a little loud for me and I know I won't wear them much. They were nice and soft and opaque but I prefer a subtler WAFS. I wish WUCs were coming in WAFS Cadet.

Ooh YES lla-- that would be AMAZING!! Just came home with the nice asana in wscb--just couldn't resist.

Anon @ 10:56, thanks for giving me a laugh! It does look like something Dobby would wear!

Any guesses on WMTM tonight? Should u stay up or sleep? ;)

LuluAddict said...

@Jasper - All Gather and Crow crops, including the latest in full on luon, are $49 in the stores so I think they will show up. Some Nice Asana jackets were on the racks at my store, too. Also, ALL Still pants were $59 in the stores, including Fatigue and Heathered Medium Gray.

I am loving my WUP in the wee are from space cashew black. I think it all depends on an individuals taste.
The material is great and the fit is really nice on me. I am petite and have smaller hips so I think the pattern works great on someone who is slim at the bottom.
In terms of the lulu employee comment, some of the people who visit this blog are really enthusiastic about the brand, more so than some of the people employed at lulu that includes me.
