Make no mistake - the Zing Pink is BRIGHT. More accurately like the picture of the "new no limit tank colors" NOT like the paler pink that the picture of the WUC with the Baroque blue tank makes it appear to be.

Bleh on the cardi! I got an In A Flash bra on sale today in the baroque blue for $39. While I preferred the coverage of a size 6, I was worried the band would stretch out in the back, so I went with the 4. Plus (I know this is a real super share, but I'm anonymous and among friends), I'm PMS, and my boobs always swell with that, so normally, the 4 should be ok, plus the band was he proper size.

I wore my Run Day crops to run in for the first time. The material is definitely thinner and less compressive than all my other crops and tights. Even my Run A Marathon crops have more compressive and a better thread count. They were fine for my run (in the 40's and not raining), but I wouldn't wear them in temps any lower than that even though I'm so short they are almost like regular tights on me. Still, they are very cute. It did make me glad I didn't pull the trigger on those Dash crops that were briefly on WMTM in my size last night! I think it would have been more of the same, and I really don't need more than one pair of these.

I did try on some running tights at Ivivva that were on sale for $34.00. I was surprised I was able to wear them. The Luon is the same light fabric that is in the Run Day crops.

Yin to Yang Cardi, this does not appeal to me at all. Looks so schlumpy.

@LLA have you seen any wee stripe white/medium gray bottoms? I know Canada got them and then they disappeared from the website (had checked once and all sizes were left in the skinny wills and soon after they weren't on the website). I'm wondering if they were pulled and never made it to stores? Thanks for any info!

That cardi is an example of the power of Lululemon... they can make something ugly and unflattering and women STILL buy it just because Lulu made it

yep, that cardigan is quite frumpy and I bet it will look old and worn with just a few washes.
I ordered the baroque blue 105F singlet I purchased the fresh teal one in a size 2 and I have been wearing it at the gym quite often.
I also wore it as a cover up when I was in Cancun last week. it looks really cute over a bikini.

Lulu is making it very easy abstain from them with this junk coming out!

I went to my LLL store with $300 in cash ready to spend. All pants I tried on, sized up, SHEER. The pants name is not important anymore - they are all sheer. This full on luon is BS. The Yin yang, whatever, coat thing, fugly. The comfy sweat pants type of pants, name is unrememberable, thin and cheap but the price is not. I left with a CRB made in Cananda, energy bra (a size larger than usual and not because I gained weight) and a really great pair of leg warmers. I now have $200 to spend somewhere else. I really hope things turn around for LLL.

When is Lulu going to come out of this design funk? This latest cardigan is a miss again.

I made it to the store and tried on all the Colab pieces, so I thought I would write in to help people with decisions. The pants and the tights felt great on, super soft but both were very unflattering. The dropped crotch would have been nice a few inches less exaggerated. The tights were VERY high waisted and too long for someone less than 5'6. Looked like "mom" walmart tights as opposed to cutting edge fashing. Maybe size down would work but I didn't bother trying, so people may be disappointed with their regular size if that's what they ordered. Jacket was nice. Sweatshirts were frumpy looking but comfy. The surprise was the skirt. I didn't like it online but loved it in person. Very comfortable, draped nice, love the material. Hope that helps people on the fence. I was prepared to buy it all, glad they didn't work, lol. Surprise love of the day was the post practice cardi in size down. Loved it, and also didn't care for it online.

So sick of nothing to order, or what I do order is sheer, not retaining shape, etc... Just got my diamond dot roll down wunder unders- they look like little kid tights. They are sheer which is only made worse by the white dots which give the illusion of see through when you bend. Then the stitching is mega obvious, which makes the gusset mega obvious and looks like you're wearing hosiery. Not sure if anyone bought the ziggy wee wunder under crops when they came out, but it's the same dollar store nylon feel to the material. :(

I just received my wee stripe black heathered black Wunder Under crops that I ordered on Monday night. They are sheer. So disappointed. Anyone else experience the same thing or was it just me?

That cardigan is hideous. I saw it in store today…as if I needed to confirm how awful it was in person (the photos online do all of the talking), but let me just tell you that it really looks like a granny's cardigan. Something you could get anywhere.

So here is a question for anyone who may know: What happened to the grey/white stripe Wills and Wunder Unders. The store I went to does not have them and didn't seem to know if they would get them. They disappeared on Canada's site pretty quick. I was wondering if they sold out or if they are indeed sheer and were pulled. All of the complaints about sheerness is all pants is very unfortunate. You really have to try every individual pair on and take a good look for yourself.

I have to say that there wasn't much in the store that I wanted. The Wunder Under selection was, well, there was NO selection. Black in size 4. That was it. With the sheerness problem still rampant, I am not willing to pay Lulu prices for a pair of black leggings.

The color palette right now is really bad. Very lazy…repeating the same stuff from last year. Some tops have really icky fabric (CRBs in particular…Petal Pop feels like a cheap, scratchy mess).

I'm really not impressed right now. Even since last year at this time, quality and creative design are down!

Chai Time II top arrived today... so disappointed. The arms are so tight and the fit is ugly on me. The fabric is odd. Huge miss Lululemon. Too bad it only looks good on the size 0 model.

Agree about the sheerness of pants. Ordered the Run Day crop cause some reviews on the LLL site said they weren't sheer but the ones I received were sheer. I bent down to touch my toes and my husband said you could read the hang tag. I ordered my TTS. I don't want to try Inspires cause those seem to be sheer as well according to reviews on the website. I may check out Athleta this weekend when I return the Run Days.

I went to my local store this week and tried on 6 pairs of pants and crops. All sheer not even semi sheer so I could try and justify it. The lights in the dressing room were not that great, it was kind of dim and I could see right through them. The woman suggested I needed a size 7 but they don't carry that. I had to laugh, this was a new response to the sheer dilemma.

@anon 4:16 - I tried the wee striped wuc and while they were super cute, they were thin and sheer. The educator agreed and asked what I would be wearing them for and I said the gym and she said "No... I wouldn't get them. Some of the patterns aren't meant for working out...." What?? So disappointing because they were cute. Sizing up didn't have help. I guess that Lulu is assuming that we'll just wear them for hanging out and hopefully wear one of their long cardis over them to cover the sheer butt! :(

@anon11:11 thanks for the review- did you try the white/gray wee stripe or the black wee stripe ones?

Anonymous said...

It was the black wee stripe.

Which CRB is made in Canada, what color???

Colab stuff not in my (Canadian) store(s) yet. I wonder if only select stores are getting it? The cardi is frumpy - in pics AND in reality.
