Free to Be Wild and More

Lots of Free to Be Wild bra photos. Shown with 105F Singlets and Yogi Racer Tanks.

Close up of the new Double Diamond Barouqe Blue Scuba hoodie. The color is a bit off in this photo because it's a rich blue in real life. (Thanks to Ms. O. for the photo.)

Flip Your Dog LS. I tried this on yesterday. I didn't care for the snug sleeves and loose, baggy body and the neckline is so open, even though I went down a size, that it still slid off my shoulders. The armholes are very big - i.e., dolman-style sleeves - which is a style I hate.

Baroque Blue Swiftly SS and Petal Pop Speed Short.

Is Baroque Blue a Royal Blue? I've been waiting for a true Royal Blue for years. Thanks.

I ordered the Flip Your Dog LS online and received my order yesterday. This top is the definition of huge fail. Thin cheap material, tight arms, baggy and shapeless unflattering body, and weird drop seams. This has to be the most overhyped lulu product I've seen in a long time. Avoid.

The Free to Be Bra, Wild however is awesome. Highly recommend this.

I didn't like the baroque blue scuba from the first photos, but the closeups make me want one so bad.

So do stores get items before they show up on the website?

Your try on report on the flip your dog ls is spot on. But that is why I liked it:) Loose fit, tight sleeves, off the shoulders. Something different....

I happened to stop in my store and picked up Brushed NIce Asana in Surge for $39, Pretty Pink Forme jacket $34, and Keep it up run jacket for $59. Got some stuff for hubby too including a beautiful (surge?) hoodie for $39. I really wanted a marked down swiftly but they didn't have my size. A pleasant surprise indeed! One of the educators was saying this sale at such discounts only happens once a year - is this true? I'm relatively new to this addiction…. ;)

I was in store today and they had gratitude wraps in all colors on markdown. Some other good things on sale too.
I got one of the new Track Tees and love it! I sized down, which I think made it more flattering but it is still loose-fitting. Will be a great alternative to tanks for running!

OT - I ordered a scuba during the sale but don't love it. If I return it can I switch for a different color or will I have to pay the price difference?

Saw a Nike skirt w/2 Gu pockets and a zippered back pocket today at my local running store (had a similar waistband to Lulu skirts and speed shorts but one Gu pocket was towards the back if the garment, so harder to access while running.

There was also this "running belt" that was essentially a Lulu waistband with multiple pockets for stashing gels, keys, licenses etc. You put it on over your shorts, tights or skirt, put your stuff in, then roll it down over itself to secure your items. Not sure how that will sell, but they had them in black and pink. The other running clothing companies are finally figuring out that runners like lots of pockets for stuff. I always wonder why the Lulu men's running line doesn't feature more pockets. All my guy running friends are like "Dudes need pockets too!"

The double diamond pattern is rally nice. I would love a skirt or top in that pattern.

I adore the Flip Your Dog and bought one in every color and two diff sizes in black bc it has two diff looks. Maybe it works well w my body type. I don't know but I think it's so neat how you can wear it front or backwards.

Easy pass for me. Nothing appeal. The scuba may look nice but I know it's cheap up close. I'll never buy a scuba stretch.

The flip your dog ls looks very pedestrian. No thank you. If I "need" a top like this I'm sure Old Navy and F21 has something identical for a quarter of the price.

i love the flip your dog - it fits like the person said above but that's what i love about it. today i wore the front slightly tucked in and "bloused" a little - got tons of compliments. re: the scuba if you return it you will have to pay the difference (the extra 50 dollars)

I think I have to stop looking at your blog.... You make me want everything and compulsively stalk the website until I get it!

Happy New Year, LLA! Re: the Inkwell *Fullux ("Full Luxtreme") WUC in a previous post... I lucked into the last pair in my TTS in a NYC store today and am happy to report that they are opaque and super-compressive. Love them! Sizing note: I am very short-waisted, so if the waist band roll-down is an issue, ladies with normal-to-longer waists may want to size-up due to the very (nice) compressive nature of the fabric. I'm in NYC and subscribe to several stores' product notifications and these crops haven't shown up. I recommend stalking your local stores to score a pair before they sell out! Thank you so much for all the time and effort that you devote to this post. Best wishes for wonderful & healthy new year! Run happy :)

Is the Fresh Teal 105 singlet washed out in person? I like Fresh Teal in luon and luxtreme, but worried the color will be washed out in the material of the 105, especially with the sheerness coupled with the silver stripes in the fabric.

the 105F fresh teal top is a very pretty light green. I really like it, but I am abstaining since I never wear my split pea one.
