I'd love those stripped WUC, but they much be sold out? I cannot put them in my cart online to purchase. Boo.
I haven't bought anything in months.

So happy…just got an email saying they are shipping my PS WUC …yay…so mine went all the way through

I scored a pair of striped WUC at my store today! They are quite busy but I didn't want to regret not getting them. I will take them home and test them in my bright bathroom lights for sheerness but they didn't seem sheer at all in the fitting room and are very smooth feeling. Looking at the photos I'm liking the run day's a little better because the seaming breaks up the dizzying effect of the stripes.

My store also had a ton of GWs! The ed made a comment how great they were and I said I'm surprised you still have them in stock. She claimed that they had gotten another shipment but I am not sure since I hadn't been in for a couple of weeks. I tried it on and liked it a lot but am not willing to pay full price if it is going to get marked down after xmas. They had tons in inkwell, white heather and heathered black. I am typically a 4 but also tried on a 6 and could go with either size. The 6 had a little bit more room. I see what everyone is saying about the snaps and how they are stitched on. It's almost as if you need to use your finger nails to undo the snaps rather than just pulling the snaps apart which will ultimately result in the threading coming undone and breaking. :(

Also noticed the pretty surge striped flow y bras were already marked down to $24 yet the plum ziggy striped ones were not even though they have been out much longer.

I ended up placing a total of 5 orders last night, all for different items. The only shipment notification I have received is for the LAST item I ordered. Any idea why the first orders still have not been processed to shipment? Worried my orders may get canceled.

There is a 105F Singlet in the new blue (whatever it may be called) in one of the photos for the wee stripe reverse groove shorts.

Off topic: I ordered a Yeah Yoga tank online and it smells overwhelmingly like chemicals. Kind of fake fishy, if that makes any sense. Any one else experience this?

i dont get the hype over these stripes pants... they dont make any butt look nicer and it really hurts the eyes.

My store nohumbugged me the parallel stripe WUs. I was so surprised after hearing that people aren't seeing signs of the campaign anywhere. My store is abnormally amazing though with super helpful team members. The other locations by me are snobby and rude and unhelpful.

As of 7pm EST my order from last night's upload is still processing :(

Hi Liana - The fishy smell you mention came up about 1-1.5 years ago. It became so bad lulu recalled various items, I think a crop and some other stuff but I can't remember. If you search LLA's blog archives you can read more about it. I suggest calling the GEC to let them know. That's really gross and a hard smell to get out of clothing from what I understand.

After seeing the Parallel Stripe WUC and WUP, I have the feeling a lot of people will be returning them or reselling in a few weeks/months. These are not flattering on ladies with short legs, wide hips, or big thighs. The busy pattern simply emphasizes these aspects.
So to all of you who missed out today, just wait and you will see them return online and in-stores. I would not pay over retail for these on ebay.

I have had items turn up smelling foul! I noticed it with my in the flow plum crops and ebb and flow bras. The smell faded over time but I know what you mean! They smelt like gasoline.

I got a chance to try the striped WUC today. They felt really nice, soft & opaque. HOWEVER, from the back the outline of my thong was completely visible!! Even over the CRB I was wearing! It was the weirdest thing I've ever seen. And wear CRBs over yoga leggings on a daily basis. It too bad because they felt great on.

well I caved and ordered the wup in the macro/black stripes I like that the waste band has the horizontal stripes which the skinny stripe one had vertical and that ruined the skinny stripes ones for me like the quiet stripes ones it has to have the horizontal stripes on the waist band to have the vavavoom effect- a detail they missed! but I think the macro striped ones are super cute.

Can someone tell me if the brisk bloom WUP reverse to parallel stripe black/white? thats what it sounds like on the website color description.

@ anon 3:44, which store is this?? That is so awesome! My local store is also doing some #nohumbug things too:)

I agree with anonymous 4:16pm, I dont think the parallel stripe is particularly flattering on most body types. After seeing more pictures this is not something I will be searching for.

@ anonymous 3:44pm, definitely no signs of nohumbug near me (Mississauga/west end Toronto area). I was really hoping I might see something from this campaign after making a two hour drive to exchange a defective calm and cozy, only to arrive home with another defective jacket. Called GEC and they were their usual unhelpful and unsympathetic selves. Bah humbug lol.

On a lighter note, my order from last nights upload finally shipped - yay!

@ Liana 3:05 PM, this happened in the past year or so for entire shipments of a crop called the Clam Digger crop (ah, the irony). The short answer is that the formaldehyde they use on the material is not properly cured/dried and results in this smell. Take your tank back. They're probably going to tell you to keep it and air it out, but just take it back.

A little OT, but I finally went to try on the Calm and Cozy jacket today---and I LOVED it. I loved it so much that I bought it in gray and inkwell. This is a great fit and I Love the collar. If you love the avenue pullover, then this is for you. I have read some reviews that talk about stiffness, but to me it is a Scuba without the hood. I do love my scubas but this is great for layering

I am not liking the parallel stripes on anything. I agree with you, 3:21, that the pattern hurts the eyes. I wonder if it would look better in reverse, with the thicker bands in white with thinner black stripes.

By the way, I am a professional writer and my inner grammar cop is screaming at me...

Striped, not stripped
Waist, not waste
Discreet, not discrete
Chafe, not chaff

I have spent a lot of time on LLA's blog today and these commonly confused words keep coming up.

Thank you, Grammar Police. :P

@anon 5:51 no they don't reverse :( the inside waistband is parallel stripe but the inside pant is grey with a black crotch area so it would be super obvious they were inside out

@7:29 - thank you! I feel your pain and I am not even a writer!! Also, sheer not shear - which was not necessarily in any of today's posts but has definitely made an appearance a few times. Also seams not seems. :)

I also think May will be returning the striped WU and WUC. They are not flattering at all on most women. I saw a woman in my store try them on that was about 5'3" with thicker thighs and she looked horrible! The Ed told her she looked great, while another shopper and I just looked at each other.

There are a few more words that I would like to add to the selection of Grammar Police:
I keep reading about piling, instead of pilling (this has been chafing me for the longest time); where, instead of were; wrong use of its and it's; the word palette has been twisted into so many variations, it's painful...and my eyes really bugged out when I read about a Lululemon retribution centre the other day in this blog.
Sermon over. I realize we all make spelling mistakes and typos slip in. Let's go back and discuss the merits of Lulu merch.

If there was a Lululemon Retribution Center, I would pay to be first in line to dump Chip and Christine Day into the dunk tank!
