The Latest and Bhakti Jacket Try On

I checked out the markdown racks and saw a few of the newest items today. The prices in the one store I went to were the same as on the website. I was able to get the Raspberry Energy bra that I had missed when it was uploaded the other night. I also got a Bangbuster in the new Petal Pop Multi print. The headbands can really vary in the print so you'll probably want to cherry pick them for colors, if you can. I saw the Petal Pop CRB but was not a fan. There was a line for the dressing rooms so I didn't try the CRB on. A little of this print goes a long way - it'll be fun in Speed shorts but I don't see myself getting a tank in this print.

I tried on the new Bhakti jacket. I thought the fit was similar to a Forme, maybe snugger in the upper arms, and it fit TTS for me. This is a ten. It's a unique-looking jacket but I prefer to be able to partially unzip my jackets to show off the tank underneath or to cool down and the double zipper on this jacket precludes that. I also thought this jacket on the warm side, particularly with the double layer in the front, so I wouldn't be able to use this once the weather warms up, which is most of the year for me. For these reasons I left it at the store. However, I really like this blue so I hope there are some interesting run pullovers or a Forme coming in this color.

Hmm, I didn't play with lowering the zippers like in this photo. Maybe I'll have to try the jacket on again.
More Bhakti Yoga Jacket photos.

Bhakti Yoga crop.

The new Fresh Teal Striped Swiftly LS. It looks see through in this photo but I felt it up in the store and it seemed soft and on the thicker side. I didn't get a chance to try it on, though. Shown on the right side is the Bhakti yoga jacket.

The Petal Pop Scuba. I saw this at the store. The colors in this photo are true to life. I thought it was a bit too juvenile for me.

Bhakti Yoga crop, jacket and 105F Singlet.

Did any of you check out your stores markdown racks today? Any great deals out there?

I didn't get to my store til around 3 and by that time, everything in my size that was marked down was gone. Just as well as I had spent too much $$ online. Walked out empty handed.

Meanwhile I saw 1 left of the fluff off pullovers and am kicking myself for passing on it. I wonder if any more true winter jackets are coming or if I missed the boat... :/

That Bhakti jacket is very flattering on you!

I sung by my store today -- mostly the sale rack was full of the same items that were available in wmtm and at the same prices. I left with a raspberry brushed form, a white brushed nice asana (both $89 -- same as online price), a pair of plum groovy run shorts ($29, great deal -- $10 cheaper than online), and surprised myself by buying the Keep It Up Pant ($69) which I had no tried before but absolutely love. I found the Keep It Up pants to run a bit big -- my measurements are between a 6 and an 8, but I consider 8 to be my tts and I took a 6 in these easily.

I now kind of wish that I had tried on the new blue bhakti yoga jacket, which they had in store, but I was too focused on the sale rack. It looks gorgeous on you, LLA!

The more photos of this jacket I see the less I like it.

I got the parallel stripe Runday Crops for $59! I looked at them last week and was very tempted... glad I waited until today!

I went a little crazy and bought the Bhakti jacket in both black and blue. I absolutely loved the style and fit of it and highly recommend it. The jacket is definitely more fitted than the Forme, and I thought it was actually more similar to the define. I am usually between a size 4 and a 6, but I went with the 4 because I liked the way it accentuated my waist. I will probably wear it partially zipped down, similar to the last set of photos of the jacket in white. The Baroque Blue is even better in real life--very pretty!

Off subject- but does anyone know why we never got the speed tight in beautiful baroque on the US site?

I really want to order a 105 singlet but unfortunately I live 3+ hours from my nearest store. Do you recommend sizing down or tts? I am a six in everything else. Thanks!

I picked up a pair of the Dog Runner Pants....they were the same price as online, but since I hadn't tried them before was glad to check them out in person! I also found a single surge base runner 1/2 zip in my size for $79! They also had the black base runner tanks marked down to $39 which are still full price online.

Same deals as online basically with a few exceptions: Base Runner Tank for $29 and Cool Waves Racerback for $24. Fast Cat Skirt $19.

I ended up getting Uba Hoodie Inkwell for $99, same price as online. Last one in my size in the store.

Went to my store today to check out the sale. Came home with a Pacesetter in surge for $29, Base Runner Hoodie for $79, Fleet Street pullover for $79, 2 Swiftly LS for $49 each and 2 Precision tee for $34 each. Going to order the Uba hoodie online - already have the inkwell for last year (bought at full price) and love it so much I am going to get the black as well. I remember last year the web dropped prices on a few items just a few days after the initial WMTM upload and people were pissed off that LLL won't adjust the prices! So I am kindda not going all out getting MD stuff. Items on the racks in my store are the same as those on the web with the exception of the Base Runner 1/2 zip and hoodie being on MD too but I didn't look at the price. My store still had lots of GW but they weren't on sale. Also saw left over Fluff off items.

In Winnipeg store, they did Boxing Day big again. All WMTM and older items on super sale! $49. I got plum stills for $49, a black Aria tank for $19, a Karmedy t-shirt for $19 and a ( what I thought ) was the best deal of the day, a calm and cozy for $49. They had tons of stock, were well organized and were BUSY! The line into the store averaged a put an hour to hour and a half.

The white Bhakti Jacket looks like a straight jacket haha

@Stephanie - the 105f is definitely a size down item.

I got inkwell cozy speed tights for $69. Very glad about this, since I'd actually bought them originally but exchanged them for the tech fleece speed tights. I"m glad I got them for a discount!

Hi,

Anon 1:15 what store did you find the brushed raspberry forme at? Missed out online and trying to find in a 4 or 6. Thx

I tried on the Bhakti jacket but I didn't like it on me. I usually wear my Lulu jackets unzipped and with some sort of scarf on so I decided this wouldn't be a worth while purchase for me. Bought a pair of Dog Runner pants for 59, a brisk bloom CRB for 29 a Keeping it Cosy neck warmer for 44.00 and the Raspberry Forme and silver Sweat Once a Day bag for the same online price. Left the store a happy camper!! :)

No great deals in my store. Whatever was marked down was the same as online. I did pick up a Virasana wrap. I had never tried it on before and loved it. Very cool modern look with the off center zipper and collar. Paid $99.

Tried on the keep it up pants and passed since they were not marked down.

Will hopefully check out another store soon.

That petal pop print is not appealing to me at all.

Yes, 105 runs really big, and the newest colors are even bigger than when I bought my plum one in September. I went down form my usual 4 to 2 with the plum. This batch were all so big, I couldn't even buy a 2,

LLA, you rawk that jacket!!!

Surge plaid and plum Groovy shorts for $29, raspberry Energy bras for $29. Cornflower houndstooth pacesetters for $29. CRB's for $29. Moto jackets for $129. All at Bridgeport OR store.

How does Baroque Blue compare to Beaming Blue or Pigment Blue? In some photos, it looks dark, and in others, it looks lighter. I was really hoping for Pigment Blue to come back, but Baroque might be a good substitute.

Uba Hoodie: I'm sure this has been asked/answered a bunch of times, but how do these run? I take an 8 in most jackets but liked to size up in defines, and could (probably should) wear a 6 in nice asana. any input before they're all gone? thanks!

Ditto

@7:04pm- I have last year's uba hoodie, and it's a size down for me. I typically wear a size 6 (sometimes a 4, but rarely), and I got a 4 in that jacket. I live in Florida so I won't be layering much, if anything, underneath it, so take that into consideration. Good luck!! :)

I picked up the white herringbone nice asana for $89 - but it's full price online and at my other store.
Then exchanged the surge energy bra I got for xmas that's now on sale for the raspberry one ($24)and light blue swiftly tank ($29).
Def a big difference in the amount of inventory between my two local Maryland stores.

Got the Dog Runner Pants for 59$ in black. I had never tried them on before. Now I understand how comfy and warm these are ! A big bonus was that I was able to get them hemmed on the spot. Last year I got some fluff Off items.. I guess this year with them going back to the pricing of 2011, the items flew off the racks ! And the colors this year were much better than the previous year. It's really fun to read what you all found on markdown ! :) Happy Holidays ! :)

i know its only $10 difference but it bugs me still that I could have got the dog runner pants for $59 in TO stores instead of $69 online...and taking over week to ship with the holidays and all...Oh well.

I did get some nice Groovy shorts though for $29, the surge gingham and wee stripe black. LLL Cumberland had a couple of Fluff off jackets for $129 in sz 4/6, too bad i already got them at the earlier MD price of $154

@watercoloursky I'm so jealous your store had fluff off! I'm looking for a size 6 pullover, my stores have been out of them for ages and they're so pricey on eBay! :(
