has anyone had any experience with the pique luon black wunder under crops? I am not near a store that has these, so any try on reports are so helpful. I have returned so many pairs of crops lately...they are so cute online but I am a little hesitant to order.

I got my Passage Sweater last night, love the grey color and the thickness. I am a true size 8 in all Lulu but I sized down to a 6. I'm a 36C/D and have musclular arms and shoulders so had concerns about the arms being too tight, but I probably could've even sized down to a 4. it's very baggy in the torso. Soft, but a little itchy due to the wool, so I would suggest a thin base layer underneath. I'm wearing it today w a grey Karma LS and the itch is gone. I wish it was a little more tapered around the midsection. but I would buy it in more colors if offered.

I am also wondering about the pique crops. Just got my herringbone WUP in the mail and they are amazing! So much thicker than my brushed WUP. But, I know things vary so much, so I' don't want to assume the black pique luon WUC are just as nice. Also finally broke down and got the base runner hoodie. I'm not convinced it's super flattering on me (I think I'm too small chested). But it is so ridiculously comfy I haven't been able to take it off, so I doubt it's going back :)

Mine weren't sheer but they are quite thin compared to the piqué ones that came out earlier.

Anon 9:03 and 10:22: I tried on both the black pique WUP and the herringbone WUP at my store and loved the herringbone but hated the pique. The pique in my TTS was insanely sheer - didn't even have to bend over all the way to see my underwear. I don't think one size up would have worked because my TTS was already a little saggy in the knees, and pique tends to be very stretchy.

The coco pique, on the other hand, is amazing. Picked those up in my TTS and I LOVE them! I've worn them twice now, each time for the entire day, and washed them once. Holding up great so far.

I just received my black pique WUP. They are not as thick and cozy as the herringbone, but I have found them to be soft and opaque. I ordered a 4 and 6, and the 6 is perfect. I am 5'6" 115lbs. 26" waist, 35-36" hips. I float between he two sizes. Hope this helps! I am wearing hem right now!

@ Anon 9:03 and 10:22 - I bought the pique WUPs and was so disappointed. They look super cute until you put them on and realize you can see your underwear without even bending over. I'd assume the pique WUCs are the same. They are nothing like the ones from a few months ago that were nice and thick.

I ordered the black pique WUC, should get them tomorrow. I also got the Will pants and the WUs in that fabric, along with all the other textured fabrics. I live in the pique and herringbone WUs all winter. They are definitely thinner than the herringbone and the striped pique. I still find them soft and comfy, tho. I also like that they are darker. I tried on the black wee stripe wills and it is *not* the same fabric as the reversible crops from the last couple years. This new version is like the ziggy fabric, thin and shiny. I love the skinny wills a lot but passed on this one. Now to figure out which GW colors I like best to keep. I sized down and love how cozy and long they are.

@anon 9:03 and anon 10:22..I ordered the Pique WUP and they are soooo sheer! When I tried them on I could completely see my knees through them. Bending over was even worse:/ I'm 5'8" and 123 pounds, size 6's are almost too big on me so it's not a sizing issue! I'm sure the crops are the same exact material. They were much thinner than the pique striped ones from this year. Those are great.

Man that sweater looks like snag city! No thanks. My leg warmers from last year and this year are already "snaggy." Blah.

@anon 10:22a.m. - Are the herringbone WUPs a TTS item or size up?

I found the herringbone WUP to be tts. Since they are so thick they did feel tighter, but not smaller if that makes sense. Just more compressive. And since they aren't see through no need to size up in an effort to reduce sheerness like I sometimes do.

@anon 4:28p.m. - Thank you! My TTS is an 8, but the herringbone WUPS in a size 8 are all sold out online :/ Glad I asked because I thought about sizing up to a 10.

I always size up in the pique wu. I have three pair and all size 8. I can wear them all day and they don't stretcch out nor do I have to pull them up or readjust. I'm 130 pounds 5'4.yeasurements are 34, 28, 37 if that helps. Regular wu and wu crops I always buy 6, just got my reversible deep zin reversible ones and the 6 is perfect. Anything luxtreme I always go to size 8. Hope that helps you decide. When I first tried on the pique black coal wu in sept the size 6 seemed ridiculously small compared to regular wu size 6, so I bought the 8.
