LLA, i have my heart set on a brushed luxtreme jacket .. Do u think we will be getting any soon? Thanks! Love your blog!
Ehhhh...what color are those pants? Cornflower paisley? Too gimmicky. Now, inkwell Cozy tights I'd be ALL over.
the speed tights in paisley are very thin and have a shiny sheen to them that I do not care for. I did buy the wafs soot run for fun crops though - love the side pockets and great overall fit!
@a non 10:21 am - ooh! I do love my Pump Me Up jacket and that is brushed luxtreme. I'm sure there will be some coming but last year they came out in the spring, I thought.
For some strange reason my East Coast order from last Tuesday arrived on Saturday. That's always a surprise when that happens. I ordered the Inkwell Paisley All Sport Bra. It looks like the same material as the speed tights in natural lighting. I have to say I wasn't all that impressed with it. The fit is fine, but the material/print just didn't do much for me. I'm not a huge paisley fan which may have been part of the problem, but I do like Inkwell in general. I definitely won't be buying anything else in paisley. I'm really not digging the palette out right now--which is a good thing I guess.
@anon 10:54 - did you find the WAFS soot crops sheer at all? thanks!
I'm with you, Anon and LLA, in wanting a brushed luxtreme jacket. I feel like they came out in Feb though so not quite spring but definitely past Christmas. Anywho... Fingers crossed because I have to restrain myself from wearing my Mint Moment Pump It Up jacket all day, every day.
I also bought the WAFS soot Run for Fun crops and I LOVE them. Great fit and not sheer for me. Thought they were true to size.
Were the WAFS soot run for fun crops uploaded to the US site last week? Would hate to wait up if I already missed them. Thx.Unfortunately, the 2 stores by me were sold out in my size. I am a 4 and I tried on the 2 & the 6. (in the WAFS color). The 2 was a little sheer on a bend test - but more compressive, so had a more flattering overall look. I was wearing bright underpants and the 6 easily passed the bend test - but was too long in the rise to work. They were very flattering for my body, but I need the right size. I tried on the black in a 4 and they were cute - I can't justify any more black run crops.
FYI - when I was in store today I saw what appeared to be a new cropped softshell jacket. Almost had a moto/assymetrical vibe to it. I forgot the name now. Sorry.
I also tried on the Soot WAFS Run for Fun crops. Decent coverage, but something about the ribbed asymmetrial hemline and where it hit my calves wasn't quite right, so I passed on them. The color was really pretty, though.
