This is so fugly! I am so glad I bought quite a few wraps way back when ......... Back in the day when LL came out with beautiful items in to die for colours! Sigh!!

double blech!

No offense to anyone who likes this but it looks like a blanket with sleeves. :(

I think it has size-down potential!

Agreed, blech! A terry bath towel wrapped around one would look better than this.

Yes, Anon. 3:28. It's like a cropped Snuggie!

Soooo...it's a cut-off Snuggie?

I can't understand why they keep coming out with these huge baggy things when everybody there is still such a demand for the nice old wraps

A Lulu SNUGGIE!!! hahaha!!

This wrap is so unfortunate. I'm fine with the fitted lower sleeve and loose upper, but the body, especially the neckline is not for me. The color is uninspiring. (same with black and gray)

OT I saw Black Swan Dog Runner pants in Palo Alto this morning. BS is back! If I already didn't own BS lined Studio Pants I would have bought them. DR's are my favorite cold weather walking pants, and I don't own a dog!

Tons of markdowns too! I ended up buying a pink striped SS Switfly that I only tried on because it was marked down to $29...and surprisingly I loved the color on me! I almost bought the bright pink and black tank ($29)...I forgot the name, but that pink was too bright and I need another uncomplimentary tank like a hole in the head.

one more thing...I went in to purchase the neck warmer in ink/green but it was so dang long! It choked me with so much fabric!

LOVE!!!

LOOOOOOOVE!!!

Disappointing--I just don't find anything appealing about it at all. Darn! I was looking forward to a flattering and snuggly wrap.

I'm so surprised by the comments - I love this!! I guess to each their own. LLL can't please everyone with every piece, so there will inevitably be styles that won't appeal to everyone. I love this slouchy look and tight sleeves.

Lol, Snuggie.

And you "love it" people, you work for lululemon, don't you? ;-)

Lol so true. My friend works for lulu and I think they put something in the water.

@Eric - have you tried the Mission Pant? Those have a nice slim silhouette. Those ladies were shining you on about what you tried on earlier. I've seen you in the men's stuff and it's super flattering - those, not so much. ;-)

Yuck

I'll have to pass too. I wish lulu would stop trying to totally reinvent pieces that are already wonderful - like the Universal Wrap - and, instead, just restock the pretties that sell like wildfire. If they produced more of those pieces in a larger range of colors, I'd be all over them This wrap just looks.....frumpy.

@luluaddict

Are we talking about the "speed short photo"?

I will forward you a red mission pant photo (tweet)

So sad, I really wanted this wrap to be nice!

Lol! I like it too! I don't know about love but it looks comfy.

@ga/Eric - no, the pants photo from today. ;-)

I actually really love this new wrap. Reminds me of one I had in the past that I loved but wore to death as well as an old Wilfred one I had. Oh well, I guess the more people that don't like it the more likely it will go on MD ;)

Frumpy yes but I think it's more clearly dumpy.

Agree LLL should continue to make certain pieces. We all know that they have some definite "classics" which the loyal consumer base loves them for. I know they do seasonal rotation of certain items and that is what they should do with the classics. Not necessarily carry them all year long, but maintain them and make them available from time to time. And not mess with them Re: design and details.

LLL makes the mistake of thinking that customers will settle for very good when what they expect is great. Certainly anything meh or blech just goes where LLL items go to languish and die (wmtm or outlet).

hmmm, kind of disappointed & kind of happy at the same time. From the pic on the model I thought I would have to have this, but now I am thinking NO WAY. Good for my wallet :) Although I was really hoping for a cute & comfy wrap. This seems to be extremely hard to find, not sure why! I think all the new stuff is hideous. Still hoping for solid plum WUP or WUC but I guess that's not going to happen.

Every brand has Iconic styles LLL needs to get with the program and make a couple Wraps like the Savasana & Gratitude all the time. This recent WRAP IS BUTT what were they thinking? Looks Walmart meets Kmart!

Hey that is a great idea, keeping the classics (untouched) on a rotation, jeeze they should hire US!!!! whom ever makes decisions about product are idiots most of the time!!!! Its really not rocket science- it wouldn't be too difficult to make this company a lot more money than they make!

No offense to those who like it, but...I think it's hideous looking. Yuck.

Just went in store today - all the wraps sold out in a blink, I got the last one. It's actually really beautiful and very cool. Nope, I don't work for the store. ;)
