Would you recommend WUP Textured or Speed Tight Cozy for winter East Coast running? Or will neither be warm enough? Thanks!
I am really not a big fan of these ziggy wee prints...I am still debating if I should keep the skinny wills in this print...They fit really nice on my body but the print somewhat bothers me...
I like the ziggy CRB print but I'm not digging those jackets. I think the ziggy print might be better as an accent or small item like a tank or waist band vs a whole jacket. Plus, is it me or do the shoulders on those jackets look pointy?
Winter east coast running - you would be fine in the speed tights cozy til maybe minus 5 or so... After that I'd say you would want to look into brushed fleece ones like last year's toasty tech tights.
So is the Ziggy Wee print an actual print (flat like Midnight Iris)? Or is it a texture like Herringbone? I'm having a difficult time telling from the photos and my store has not stocked it yet. I love my Black Swan/Herringbone Daily Yoga jacket from last year and if the plum ziggy wee Asana is a similar texture, it's going to be a late night.
The more I see of this Ziggy print, the more relieved I get that I never bought it in the first round. Definitely would have had an expiry date with me. The only print I like less is that tie dye pink/white/purple from last year.
The ziggy wee plum Asana was in the store the other day & it is not textured. I actually like it better in person than in the pictures, even thought its a print.
The ziggy asana is not a print - it is woven from different coloured threads. You can see it on the back side of the fabric.
What's the upload going to bring us tonight? LLA do you know what time it will be?
Those Speed Cosy tights would be great for cold weather running. They are nice and thick and compressive and soft. Too bad for me that they are so ding, dang long. (But I'm a shorty!)
The ziggy jackets are horrible in my opinion, I think touches of that pattern are fine, but a full on jacket or pants is quite tacky, especially in the colors above. they remind me of the interior of a bad seventies car.M
