New Ziggy Wee Plum Energy Bra and More

New Ziggy Wee Plum Energy Bra. I really like this but I already have a solid plum. Not sure if that will stop me from getting it, though.

Shown with the Angel Wing Swiftly LS.

The new Speed Shorts in Green Bean/Paisley Inkwell and Cornflower Blue.

The new Angel Wing Swiftly SS and LS.

The Inkwell Paisley No Limit tank. I am really liking that tank. Also shown in the bottom photo are the Cornflower Speed Shorts.

I purchased the inkwell paisley no limits tank over the weekend and am so excited to wear it! It is really beautiful. Unfortunately, I was so mesmerized by the tank that I didn't think through which bottoms to pair with it! It has black trim, so black might be an option, but will that look strange next to the navy tank? Right now I am thinking soot light, coal, or any of the greys might be a good choice. What do you all think?

My store had the inkwell paisley tank. It is very pretty!!!!!
I hope there are other items in this print coming soon.

I actually like the color green bean by itself but not with the paisley print. But the picture with the angel wing swiftly looks really cute!

Love the Eds but don't they know we can tell when they aren't really running?! They just look silly. Either go out and run or just pose and look cute.

can someone describe angelwing? is it like an off white?

Think of inkwell as an alternate to black. Pretty much goes with everything--such a great neutral. Enjoy!

those green shorts are hideous looks like something people will be reselling on the FB sites like crazy.

also those blue shorts are way too tight on that girl, I saw another pic where someone was wearing a size down too. I respect these "models" but if you work there you should know your true size by now.

Hello lovers from down under. I am wearing the angel wing soot striped CRB. I wondered after seeing it online last night if it would be sheer or soft. Big tick this morning when I went into my local store. Not sheer, nice and soft, simply gorgeous!! And I have the solid plum energy bra on under it, so no sheerness for sure. I would describe angelwing as cream. Soft to look at and beautiful paired with anything muted in blacks, greys, plums, pinks, soot......it goes on:) LOVE! Also got the plum ebb to st, again LOVE! Sized up in that to a 6, and I always size up in the CRB. Tried the ebb to st bra too. Really liked it, sized up, but will hold out for a bit, sure I will cave eventually, but it does give clevage to us little busted people!

Haha! True! I size up in speeds to avoid that "tense" look in the front. It looks bad!

@anon 7:24 & Ljg680 - i think sizing is a very personal preference. i actually think the shorts look AWESOME on her. that's how i prefer my speed shorts to fit. i cringe when i see people wearing them baggier...to me, it just makes your but look saggy or non-exsistent. i think if you're going to wear shorts as tiny as speeds, then they should look be fitted to show off your legs and ass! so respectfully, i very much disagree with your "she should know her size" comment. i think she DOES know her size - you just disapprove. you can wear your shorts how you'd like, but let her do the same.

Love the wee plum energy bra and the blue speeds! I have to respectfully agree that the model is wearing the blue speeds too tight. I think that she's beautiful and in great shape but the too tight shorts make her look heavier.

@sophia -- Yes! I agree completely :) I feel like the 4s can be a bit precarious, but the 6s are just too baggy. (Also my problem with the Groovy Run Short.) Like boxers.

Which the Green Bean Paisley kind of resembles :/ The green itself is compelling, but the pattern, meh.

I think the shorts are too tight as well. If you've ever watched What Not To Wear on TLC, they always advise people to size up where the pants pull or whisker in the front like that. Her booty will still show in the next size up.

Agreed, the blue speeds are WAY too tight on her. It does not look tasteful. And Sophia 9:08 you kind of don't get it, Speeds do not have to be baggy to fit properly. All she would need to do is go up a size. It's like when a girl puts on a too tight, too short skirt and thinks it's sexy and happening (when it's not, it's just trashy). Don't you understand that something that is fitted (and not too tight), and short (but not too short) is actually better.

I saw the inkwell no limits tank in the store this weekend - thought it was beautiful. I am not really a NLT fan, but was wondering if maybe the inkwell paisley print will come in a CRB or other more fitted tank?? I would LOVE that!

I must be one of the only people that like the green speeds. However, they look like 2-way and speeds are just too short for me...

I think the problem with speed short sizing is a lot of people are between sizes (myself included). So you have to decide between shorts that fit like those blue ones pulling across the front and the next size up that is a little baggy. I find the speeds are really made for people with smaller butts or thicker waists. The waist of the size 4 fits great for me, but the inner liner feels too small. So I go a size up and the liner is perfect but the waist is too big. I need room for deep squats so the very tight look is not practical for me in the gym. I hope I don't make anyone "cringe" with my shorts. Jeez.

If you think the tight look in front looks good then you might have a styling issue, probably the same people who thing whale tale, tramp stamps and camel toe are in style.

I knew a girl who thought low rise jeans were to show butt cleavage, lmao.

I agree with the comment on "if she works there she should know her size" so many want to size down for the mental draw of wearing a 6 when you're an 8. She should know to size up for comfort and functionality not size down for ego and to look sexier.

I agree that the shorts are way too tight on the lady in the picture. Those are workout shorts and should have room to move in, squat lunge etc.
I you wear them tight then it is hard to get a good workout. If you are just showing off at the beach or pool, then that is a whole different thing.

anon 4:57 - i get it. maybe YOU don't get it. do you actually even wear speed shorts??? because I DO. and here's the thing you need to realize about those shorts - there's a HUGE difference between sizes. i often have the i-wish-there-was-a-size-7 problem, because the 6s are like the picture, and the 8s are like a diaper. so it IS oftentimes choosing between tight or baggy. those shorts fit the model perfectly in the waist. and i think they look great on her legs and butt - i can't believe that anon 9:43 could possibly say that they make her look heavier. are you CRAZY? maybe the issue here is that a lot of women are still stuck on the big-boobs-chicken-legs-tiny-butt idea of beauty. this girl has great quads and glutes, and i think the shorts show those off. in case you haven't gotten the memo, big muscular thighs are IN.

@ sophia - interesting about the size issue in speed shorts. I am new to the run shorts but I've discovered you have to be the exact number on the size chart for hips for them to fit right, at least in the Track Attacks and Groovy Run shorts. If you are the least bit over you have to move up to the next size or endure some really snug shorts, particularly when they are 2-way stretch and sitting down.

@ 9:36 AM
Yes, I have the speed shorts and I understand the sizing issue but I choose not to look like I choose ill fitting clothing and go for comfort over how she looks.

I'm not sure why you HAVE to wear these shorts like it's your only option. You act like this issue is an affliction. Lulu makes a lot of options for shorts and if by change you don't feel like either size fits you find another style. Might I suggest WUs, for Yoga, it might calm you down a bit.

The fact is, that girl is sizing down, they should not pull in front to begin with. If they are pulling standing still how is she supposed to move freely in them. I would hope the GECs would be able to recognize that and grab another size for a customer let alone themselves. I can squeeze my butt into a size 4 WUs but I prefer a size 8 so I don't feel constricted. And what does that do in the end? It makes you mentally feel skinnier it does noting to flatter you.

This reminds me of the whole size situation of them not making over 12s, find something else! Go to another store. Lulu is not a right. that's great big butts/ thighs/ boobs are beautiful to you, rock them all for all I care! Just don't try to fit in something that ends up making you look ridiculous then yell at everyone else for not appreciating your figure.

Why do people keep saying ____ is in? So over this. Doesn it make you feel better, sleep better at night. Do what you wnat stop worring about what is in.

Well maybe not Not saying "____ is in" is IN! ha ha

Wow, what a heated debate, lol! I think its a personal preference and we shouldn't attack each other. Even tho I prefer the fit of the blonde in the blue speeds, the brunette looks great! Let's all agree to disagree and be nice to each other :)

yeah- agree those look like sausage encasings on her- bad bad bad, what peeves me is when people wear them that way and then try wearing the 2-way swift and complain that they are sized wrong- no you just wear them too tight- like a pair of tights, not meant to wear this way, they are meant to be loose draw string at waist to keep them up if need be! I wear them sized up my hips are size 4 (35in) and I get a six I think they look better and o boy do they fit comfortably so you can focus on the work out at hand and not be tugging at your shorts! also pair them w/ a crb and its an awesome look the shorts almost look like a skirt- super cute look!!!!

Agree!!!

11:54 I agree with you, it's about being comfortable during a workout, not showing off.
