Ebb to Street Tank, New Power Y Colors, and More

Glad to see I am not the only one with a bit of an armpit fat issue in this tank

Me in the Ebb to Street
Some Ebb to Street Tank photos. I wore the Plum one today for a cardio (step machine) and weights workout. I paired it with Wunder Under crops and found it a bit hot. However, the woman on the machine next to me was fanning herself and she was wearing shorts and a tank so maybe it was just really warm in the gym today. I thought the tank was super comfortable and feel this is a tank I could wear 24/7. It shows a little cleavage. My Cornflower Blue one came in the afternoon mail and I put it right on. I think the Cornflower fits a bit looser through the tummy. The support is on the medium low side. It was fine for the step machine but I hopped on the elliptical to check it out and there was too much jiggle for me. I wish the built in bra was a half inch or so longer because it seems to creep up a little on me and I have to adjust the girls every now and then. The tank does seem to loosen with wear through the straps and belly but the bra stays snug enough. All in all a super comfy, flattering tank for the gym for low impact activity or casual wear. I would say you should buy whatever your typical size is in built-in bra lulu tanks.

Photos of the new Soot Swiftly. It's way darker than I thought and I kind of love it. Also show in the First Base Tank, Inspire Crops, and Speed Shorts.

Ebb to Street Bra. This bra just seems too low cut to be practical.

New Power Y colors in Pow Stripe and Angel Wing Hyperstripe.

First Base Tank with Inspire Crops and Hi Low Wunder Unders in the Ziggy Print.

Pretty Cornflower Blue/Wee Space CYB Tank.

No items were added to WMTM today, were there? This is the first time I've seen this!

LLA this is the first photo I've seen of you and seriously you have the tiniest waist and gorgeous shape. Go girl, rocking lulu in a major way!!! Great to see the new tank on a curvy girl, I think they look better than on the slimmer girls!!

Were these power y's already released online? Love the angel wing hyper stripe. Would prefer it in a crb but would def settle for a power y!

Thank you for the excellent review of the Ebb Tank, LLA. I will have to get the plum one - it look great on you.

Did the high/ low wunder unders in all colors get recalled? I keep hearing this but do not see anything about the recall. Thanks.

That tank looks fabulous on you!

The Ebb to Street tank looks really comfortable. I tried on the Ebb and Flow racerback that was out earlier in the summer but the fabric was too tight around my belly (I have a tiny pooch) so it was not flattering because it shows everything. I suspect the ebb to street will be the same although I have not tried it on yet. If I size up then the bra is way too loose. I will finally get to a store today to check things out.

That angel wing power y pic is from the store I am going to today so I'm excited to check it out!

I agree that the soot long sleeve swiftly is great - may cave and buy that today. I don't have any and am dying to buy one! Perfect color that will go with anything...hoping its one of the thicker ones. Also hope they have the angel wing speeds left in my size because they are adorable.

I got my power purple/aquamarine CRB that I ordered from WMTM last week - such fun and uplifting colors! Will wear it today to yoga. Also got the cool breeze one which looks so much better in person than online.

LLA- how does the soot light swiftly compare to the black one? They look extremely close to me.

LLA, OMG you have a pretty amazing body! I don't know why you don't post more pics if you in fit reviews!!!!

@ anon 5:42 am - I think these Ebb tanks run a bit bigger in the waist, particularly the plum and the Cornflower. I thought the black was the snuggest of the three colors I've tried.

@ Sandra, anon 5:41 am, 5:08am, 12:08 am, 11:01 pm- thank you! ;-)

I'm not LLA, but...

I might be misremembering, but the soot light one has tiny stripes (like the plum one). The black swiftly is a smidge darker and solid. I much prefer the soot light to the plain black!

Hm if I usually wear a 2 in CRBs, FTB tanks and Power Ys, would I be swimming in a 4 in the Ebb tank?? 30B here.

You make me wanna get these Ebb tanks! You look great!

OT - I got my Vinyasa Scarf Rulu in hyper stripe plum today and it is LOVE! It's my first Rulu item and it sure does live up to the hype. The fabric is just so sumptuous and nice and cozy. I was kinda thinking I might regret spending so much for a scarf but no regrets now. :-)

Everyone beat me to it, LLA you look fantastic in that tank.
The colors in the Ebb material are so saturated, I love them.

I love those soot inspires with the angel wing hyperstripe accent, but I know grey inspires show TEEERRible crotch sweat, so I'm torn. Ugh! I'm not the only one with this issue, right?! Probably get the black inspires with the reflective detail, even though I have no need for another pair of black inspires!

I tried on several things today.

Soot Inspires - I found these to have good compression and no sheerness. I bought them and will have my boyfriend look at them in bright light when he gets home. I will get my inkwell ones on Tuesday and will compare and decide which ones to keep. If I'm torn, maybe I'll keep both but really don't "need" both. Stayed with my true size 4.

Also tried on the full tilt ls. Love it! Unfortunately they did not have my size in either the angel wing or plum hyper stripe. I'm a 4 in most everything lulu and would get this in a 4 too. I found the 4 still allowed for layering, I had a CRB and sports bra on already and it fit fine over top. The 6 was too baggy. Also, for those buying on line angel wing is a true ivory and is not yellow at all. I would say its on the warmer ivory side.

Tried on the angel wing speeds in a 4 and the area between the waistband and the short is super tight and has no give - at least on the ones I tried on. They didn't have a six in angel but tried them on in the black slalom stripe and they were just too baggy - gave me diaper butt. Passed.

Also tried on the inkwell studio pants in regular length. I ordered these last week and am waiting for them to arrive. They are awesome! Length is great - I'm 5'4". Touch long but I can tie the cinch and roll them under. These will be my fall staple weekend pant along with my skinng will piques.

Bought a flow y bra in Love Red for $29. And a clarity tank in white for $39. The tank is actually to wear to work under sweaters, etc. Sized up to a 6 so it is not super tight.

The Wayne PA store has lots of items marked down, spry and black twin stripe, love red, solid spry and pizazz crbs - $29. Several colors in the flow y ranging from $29-34. Seems like they have a lot of the summer colors they are trying to move out.

Thanks so much for posting that picture of yourself. I'm not an avid reader of your blog, but a somewhat frequent reader and I've always found your fit reviews to be really perplexing. And now I know why, we have totally different body types! And totally different ideas of what medium support means!

I don't know if you are hesitant or have been hesitant to post photos of yourself in the past, but they really are super helpful to readers.

OMG lla you look freaking amazing!! Wow, I'd give anything to look like you in that picture. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous!!!

Woohoo, LLA! Check out your tiny waist! Would love too see more try on pics from you!!

I agree with all the comments - you look great LLA! It's funny that although we have different body types, I'm only a 32B and you are clearly much more well endowed than I, we have similar thoughts on support levels of tanks! I'm small but like my girls locked and loaded!

Thanks for this amazing blog! It's so helpful and nice to know there are other "addicts" out there.

Go LLA! The tank is perfection on you. I can totally understand why you've found three. You've made me want to try it, the try on pic is lovely.
