Ebb and Flow Tank, First Base Tank, and More

The Plum Ebb to Street Tank. I just bought one of these today. However, they are tagged as the Ebb and Flow Racerback tank but ring up as the Ebb to Street tank. It comes with cups and is very soft. I thought the fit was a snug TTS. The eds were telling me that some people have been sizing up because the armpits hit them high but I didn't think that was the case. I thought the Plum fit looser than the black. I plan to use it for spin and weight lifting.

The new First Base Tanks. Also show are Soot Inspire crops with Angel Wing Hyperstripe Inserts.

The Yoga Over Skirt. Shown with the Ebb and Flow tank in the bottom photo. My store (Fashion Island if anyone is looking) had this in but I didn't try it on.

The Angel Wing Dance Studio Jacket is really pretty in real life but I'd prefer if it was all Angel wing with no white.

More CYB photos. I tried this on and thought the fit was similar to the Flow N Go. It dipped too low in the back for me to feel comfortable wearing it but I saw another woman try it on and it looked really nice.

Ebb to Street bra and Wunder Under crops.

Ziggy Wee Nice Asana jackets.

 Angel Wing Hyperstripe Speed Shorts.

I think these are the September Black Ziggy Wee Hi Lo Wunder Unders.

Loving the soot inspires w/ angel wing inserts - but I feel like the soot would show sweat really badly. Anyone tested these out yet?

Hmmm...wearing a Run First Base tank right now as I type. I am digging those new colors, and I just may have to spring for another or 2. So soft...

Are the angelwing speeds two or four way stretch?

Can anyone who has seen the Angel Wing DSJ in person comment to whether it reads yellow or not? I thought Angel Wing was more of a cream color, but in the pics Ive seen the jacket seems more of a light butter color? DSJ junkie here, so would really like to add a light one to my collection and maybe replace my White Pure Balance jacket with this one as my winter white - thanks!

I loved the first base tank last time and got two marked down to $29. But I thought the full price was $52 last time, and now it's $58?? I feel like that's so high for this top. I already have 3(!) First Base tanks so don't need any more, but I do like the colors and if any make it to WMTM this time around I would definitely go for it.

I just ordered the Ebb to Street tanks in 3 colors and then read this entry and hope you're right about the fit not being small. I love the Ebb and Flow crops so much and if the fabric is the the same, I will be so happy!

Looooove the new first base tanks. Also love the soot Inspires but telling myself they will show sweat.

I also bought the Ebb tank in plum today. I'm thinking this could be a crossover tank I can wear with jeans/skirt since I missed out on the CRB in plum. But I will admit that it was the color that I was buying, not necessarily the tank.

I also bought the Ziggy blue WU's, but if I find I don't rip the tags off in the next week I may wait to see if the crops come out. (and yes to a previous post, I have made WU into WUC, but no guilt about it,especially if I get them on mark down. I've altered a few full length pants into crops, and long sleeves into short)

My store did not have much new inventory, not even much from last week's upload. I went in wanting the plum ruffle grooves, none to be had, but they did have a couple of the commuter pants in my size (no other pieces) which I tried on....

I like the low rise, but I was not blessed with a booty! If you don't have a booty these will fall down your backside! But I was blessed (and train for) athletic thighs, not a good combination for these pants. I suggest that if you liked last years pants these are the same exact fit and fabric. I hope this helps someone.

So happy to see that the first base tank is back! I accidentally gifted my mellow lemon one to the housekeepers at the Hilton in San Diego this summer (d-oh!) and I am really missing it. While I already miss the color, I am stoked to see it come back so I can pick up a couple more this season.

I really liked the look of the soot inspires online but i'm not loving them in these photos. Kinda glad I didn't order anything this upload. I would have gone for the plum CYB tank if I hadn't gotten teh cornflower one last week.
What's the point of the legwarmers? Why wear shorts if you're going to wear legwarmers, why not just wear pants lol. I think I'm going to get one of the ear warmer headbands when I stop in to a store, I LOVE my black swan/pink one from last year.

Hi Ladies who bought the Ebb tank. I wear an 8 in tanks and tops and have some junk in my trunk. The bodice of the Ebb tank looks quite fitted to me and I'm concerned about the fit being too loving. Do you think I should just pass on this tank or size up? TIA.

I personally like the look of speed shorts + leg warmers. It's like knee high socks. And that's how i plan to wear mine. That's like me saying What's the point of ear warmers? Why wear an ear warmer headband when you can just wear a hoodie! Big LOL. Criticism: Just sayin' if you dish it, you can take it. To each their own

I love those ebb tanks, but I can't justify $60 on another tank right now. I might have to try it on in the store though. Most of the time once I try stuff on I am fine w/ not buying it since it doesn't quite look the same on me as the models! lol

Anyone try the ebb shorts? They look super comfy but also a lot like underwear. I am guessing they ride up really badly.

I just ordered a rulu scarf from Ivivva. I'm really excited to get it. I'm traveling in a couple weeks & it seems like the perfect thing to bring on a plane.

This blog is so bad for my wallet! All of your addictions' have rubbed off on me big time :)

I wear legwarmers when I wear crops to the studio in the winter or for the first few minutes of class into I warm up. I don't want to necessarily wear pants the whole practice since I'll overheat and don't want to carry around extra clothes for the commute/warm-up. Legwarmers are great for that. I don't leave mine on the whole class.

I'm really loving the color pallet in this post! Love the inkwell/plum/angel wing.

@7:28 - I think you are right re: the price of the first base tanks. I also bought two when they were marked down to $29 earlier this summer. Although I love the new colors I will not pay full price for them! $58 is a lot for a very basic tank after all. WMTM is a wonderful thing. I only buy key pieces at full price.

The Angel Wing speeds are 2-way. If you're wearing them recreationally or to run errands, I'd say get your normal size. If you plan to workout or squat in them, size up. I'm 5'3, 110 lbs, very muscular build from CrossFit and picked up my usual size (which is a 2). They fit great initially but after I did a few test squats wearing them, I hopped back in my car and back to the store to swap them out for a 4 as they were too tight.

Hope this helps! Scoop them up quickly if you're buying in store, Eds said they were flying off the shelves (:

My store didn't have anything new this week except the first base tank, which is super soft.... Not sure if I need it though. Ugh I was going to wait on the urbanite blazer since I already bought the seize the day jackets in both colors which I love... But all the 4s are already sold out :[. I hope they come to the stores but the end of the week. If not my bf is going to Toronto this wkend and ill make him look in every store for one! Lol. I may not even like it though, depends on how cropped it is in the front. Anyone try it on yet??

Are the soot inspires in US stores? Didn't see online :(

The first base tank is an awesome all around tank, I have the mellow yellow 2 black love red the one with blue and yellow blocking and a white one with stripes, I wear them all the time, would love to get more.
I really want a pair of the speed shorts in plum.

I received my energy bra in the color plum and I did not find it to be smaller or bigger than the other energy bras I own I love the color, it is so close to bordeaux from last year, which makes me happy because I can mix up the few items I have which have that color.

Those of you that have tried on the Ebb to Street tank: did any of you try on the Angel Wing color? I'm curious if the bra part is as obvious as it is on the lulu model? TIA

Just also got the ebb to street tank. Love it - material is comfortable. I sized up not because of underarms but the tightness of the shelf bra and the shirt overall.

@ 3:01 am - Thanks. I've lost a little bit of weight and changed sizes, most noticeably on top, so judging fit is a bit tricky for me right now. I think I'm mapping into a 10 pretty well these days, especially in the tanks with built in bras.

I wear boogie shorts for dance, but wear legwarmers until I'm sufficiently warmed up/stretched.

for those of you in toronto looking for the urbanite stuff, vaughan mills and yorkdale both do not have it out yet. in fact, both of them had almost nothing new.
