Hhhoorraayyy! So happy to see the scoop neck return. In other news, I ordered my husband those sweat pants. I believe the description says something about never leaving your down comforter.......he was sold.

Just wonder, how comes that the Australian eBay seller got the scoop neck tank where it hasn't been release anywhere? I think they have listed that tank for 2 weeks now.

OT- ladies, please help me! My bruised berry ta ta tamer bled onto flare/light flare CRB... I've been wearing this combo so many times and for some reason (maybe my sweat Ph changed? Lol!), it happened today for the first time ever. I've been trying to wash it off but no luck. Should I wash it wih oxyclean? I always wash my LLL wear separately in a cold water & delicate mode, hung dry.

Would you contact GEC if it doesn't come off? Any advice is appreciated. I'm so sad since this flare/ligt flare stripe CRB is one of my favorites....

@ anon 7:36 pm - Sometimes strategic partner stores/studios get things before regular stores or the web so that is how I'm assuming she got it.

I have used oxyclean on my Lululemon before. I once accidentally tossed a yellow and white power Y in with some brand new jeans. The oxyclean took the stain out, but it also caused the fabric to wear and pill and this was the old Luon from six years ago. I use a combination of hydrogen peroxide, baking powder, and dish detergent to lift stains but I don't know if that would work on dye.
Take a picture to send to GEC. This doesn't sound right.
Good luck!

City pulse pant - look super cute - anyone had a chance to try? Thoughts? Verdict on fabric/sheerness compared to recent batches of luon?

Try on store report-

Plum stripe swiflly is so dang cute. Bought it.
Pulse pant - so long, I'm only 5'3" and I think there was a foot of extra fabric on the pant leg and hemming it would lose some of the ruching.
Stripe energy bra- so cute but look for your stripe placement since it is random.m there were 2 in my size and one had the darker colors (black plum and inkwell) across the middle whereas the other one had the brighter colors across the middle. I prefer the brighter colors. I'm just particular like that.
WUC - midnight iris, so sad but it is see through. Not as much as 5 months ago but still see through.
Studio pants in new regular length- still long. Would need to get it hemmed. I'm 5'3".
WUC - stripes on the waistbad to match my energy bra above - the material is thicker and more opaque. I went size up to 4 (my wUC denim size) and not see through.

The seller has been listing various sizes in those tanks for weeks.

@anon 7:38 - try soaking them both in distilled white vinegar. I have had Paris Pink bleed onto dune stripe/light flare CRB and soaking them both in the white vinegar did the trick - good luck.

@ anon 6:02 am - Yeah, I don't know then. I think there are some people on ebay with shady connections. There is one seller who is/was selling the Midnight Iris Scuba for like $147 buy it now. I don't get how they could do because that hoodie is $108 + tax - ebay fees means they be making $5 a hoodie at most if they bought it at full price, which I've been assured by a friend that they do.

@ anon 1 am - Did you try it on? I hate that they are the burnout material which I think is not very robust. I love the plum colored one but I would much prefer it to be made out of vitasea.

I'd prefer the Karmady short sleeve was vitasea too...or anything else really. I refuse to pay that much for such a delicate material. I keep hoping they bring back the Spin City tee in more fun colors, that is my favorite short sleeve top. They had something similar recently but the colors were blah.

I wanted to love the midnight iris Forme so bad but I just couldn't do it still. Their couple of adjustments still didn't do it for me but the pattern is so darn cute.

I have a question as to the softshell. I'm normally a 2-4 in lulu tops but I'm not sure which size I would be in this coat... Suggestions please :)

I tried on the City Pulse Pants in black and they did not pass the forward fold test for me. I have a bit of a butt though, so maybe they'd be fine on someone with a small butt.

Tried Forme 2 jacket. It is no better fitting than the first. Glad cuffins are back and the mesh under the armpits is gone, but I still found the shoulders did not lay well and the sizing was weird. I have a Beaming Blue Forme 1 in size 4 and when I tried both sizes 4 & 6 in Forme 2, neither fit right. Also, the Luon just does not feel the same as my Defines. Poor quality.

Will still continue to buy old Defines on eBay. No replacements in sight. So sad.

Got my midnight iris speeds today. They are 2 way stretch, I think someone was asking.

After taking a Lulu break due to quality issues & iffy designs, I ordered the plum E & F II. Yay! TTS & not sheer!

any reviews on the wunder under crops with the patterned waistband? so cute but i need to know what quality the fabric is...

@2:30PM the site heylululemon.com, which looks like it's sponsored by lulu's designers, had a number of items up for vote as to which one the designers should bring back. The designers committed to bringing back the item with the most votes. When I voted (for the define jacket of course), it showed the vote so far. Define jacket had more votes than any other item by a long margin. Not sure how long that vote was up for, but I'm hoping Define was the winner...in which case, it will be coming back.

I returned my plum E&F II's today. I felt it was a bit too light and pink-casted in color for what I wanted. I'd prefer the deeper, solid plum vs the heathered plum. It was the 1st time I tried this version on. I have and love the previous version. I thought the lattice along the calf/knee area was too thick and too long compared with previous version.

I bought the Fluffin' Awesome Vest. The tag tells you it is slim fit for layering and that is exactly what the fit is. If you feel it is too slim for your personal taste just order up a size. I found it TTS in the slim fit. I'm 5'6" 126 34D. I bought a 6. I take an 8 in anything that has in internal bra and pretty much a 6 in everything else. Yup the boobs are held in tightly.

If anyone is looking for defines, there is a yoga studio in my town that has them in black and in purple. I live in a small out of nowhere town so anything that doesn't sell sticks around. There are hot but not tanks, chattarunga tanks, groove crops. All new with tags. The studio is called 02 living.

Just tried on the DSJ, and it is definitely a size up item! The arms were super tight, and I had to go up to a 6. I am usually a 2 or a 4 in the running jackets, and I don't have big arms! The 6 was way too long for me so I didn't get it. I left with just an Energy bra in plum. Bellevue, WA store had those and the moonbeam in stock. They also had the Fast Car skirt in solid black.

correction to my 4:14 post...

I meant to compare the In The Flow Crops to the Ebb & Flow Crops. I returned the former. Prefer the later.

Anonymous said...

Where did you get it??

I returned my sea plaid pace setter today (it fit fine, but it made me look wide). The cashier told me that they had pulled all of them off the floor because the 2-way stretch didn't stretch enough. Another bad quality issue for Lulu. I don't know who's doing their QA, but they need to figure that out before they make a bunch of garments that they then have to take out of circulation. Think about the money they are losing doing this! Yeesh!

Anon 4:22, sure wish I lived near you! I missed out on the purple Defines and am hoping they make a comeback.

I picked up a Forme II in Blue Moon --trying to decide whether to keep it or exchange for Midnight Iris. I love both colors. The Blue Moon is really similar to my Angel Blue Define in color but the fabric and fit are very different. I like the upgrades to the Fprme II. The luon on the Midnight Iris feel cheaper then the luon on the Blue Moon but the Midnight Iris color is gorgeous. Any thoughts?

LuluAddict said...

@ anon 2:30 - thanks for the fit review. I am dying to try this on.

@ anon 8:29 pm - I read the Sea Check Pace Setters had been pulled. I think there was a sizing issue since the material on the shorts seems ok. I have read numerous reports where the skirts fit very small.

Sb said...

I forgot... I also tried on the Midnight Iris Forme in size 6, my Define size.... So sad to say but the fit is still wrong- Star Trek shoulders, sleeves too long, sleeves where biceps are too baggy. The fit in the chest is good, snug and form fitting. The length is also good like the Define. The improvement with the cuffin and plastic zipper is a definite plus. The luon is strange, thicker and slippery, almost like luxtreme.. I'm so used to the soft and brushed luon of the defines. Did anyone else feel it or is it my imagination.

3 Crazy Kids-- what size are your looking for? I can check if they have it and ship it to you?

a lot of the pace setters that are made with 2 way fabric tend to be stiff and do not give. if you have hips it makes it hard to move.
The rubbery things around the leg of the shorts sometimes rub and cause chaffing. I had the spring has sprung pace setter and went for a 5 mile run and when I finished my inner thighs were raw. I have slim but muscular legs.
