Has anyone heard anything about or seen the contempo jacket in rasp glow or spry blue?

I did get a product notice email that had the Raspberry Glo Contempo in it. I haven't seen anything about the Spry contempo but it's shown on the website in some bag photos so it's coming.

I really want the Spry Studio Crop, but I'm too afraid of the waistband rolling after reading reviews.

Crossing my fingers for a new run skirt...pace or pacesetter, either or both in Spry, twin stripe, or mod dot.

Is the tank under the iconic wrap new or old?

Love the wrap, but you know it will be $118. I just got the Blissed Out Wrap, so I can't justify it.

What's that top in the first iconic wrap photo?

Hi LLA...what is the thinly striped b&w tank in the top 2 photos? Is that an older tank that was before my time? Love it. Thanks!!

Any chance that's a new tank in the pics of the iconic wrap and with the new speed shorts? Looks like a really tiny striped pattern?

LuluAddict said...

I'm pretty sure the tank under the Iconic wrap is older.

Haha just submitted my comment and read all the others about the tank. I hope it's something new. Seems to be enough of us interested in it! :)

Luluaddict, I like that top under the wrap. Do you know what that is? The skinny stripes are cute!

The iconic wrap....looks very SHORT in some pics. :(

I have that tank in the first photos, it looks like the cashew/black tonka stripe daily tank in Vitasea fabric. It is from last year, and is very nice!

Anonymous said...

what material is the new Iconic Wrap made of? Vitasea again? Looks kind of heavy.

which bottom do you think the model wears in the last pic?

Does anybody have a color comparison for spry blue, beach blanket blue, and possibly beaming blue? Thanks!

i am in love with the spry studio pants. i love studio pants sadly though, i must pass. the quality is horrible now with the waistband and fabric.

i am so so so disappointed but i will just be mad at myself if i purchase them...get two wears...and hate them.

sigh:(

wish the wrap wasn't so short in the back, will be a pass for me because of it but i think it looks very nice.

definitely looks like a few nice items for upload, i wonder does anyone have a blue comparison? is this spry close to angel blue, its hard to tell on a monitor.

I think the tank under the wrap in the first picture is the Daily Tank in tonka stripe/cashew, came out last Spring. It was a cute but the straps always fell off my shoulders.

Definitely going to be getting the black and white twin stripe CRB. I missed out on the classic stripe late last year and I always kick myself for not getting it. Not sure if I'm going to get soot or spry CRB... I had planned to get two. I wanna see a blue color comparison because if it's close to angel blue I'll get it. Also want the polka dot bra if that's uploaded tonight.

I actually think the new Spry blue looks just like Surge from 2011(?). My Surge CRB is reversible and the stitching on the reverse side is wild lime, so similar to the one in the Spry. A comparison of these two would be almost identical, I'm sure.

Anybody know if the twin stripe speeds are 2 or 4 way stretch? Thanks:)

Anonymous said...

Yeah that's definitely black/cashew tonka stripe now that I look at it, and it has the seam down the back.

OT: I love boogie shorts, but I find the reversible fabric to be spongie? Does anyone else feel this way? Or feel like the seams around the legs are super thick? I'm hoping for some one-sided boogie shorts this month. Spry blue, love red... Anything really!

For those asking for color comparisons - I don't have Spry Blue (yet...my stores never unload their boxes early, boo.), but the consensus seems to be it is basically the same color as the SeaWheeze blue? Which, if that holds true, is closest to Snorkel Blue. My SeaWheeze jacket matches my Snorkel Blue gear almost perfectly...

I am loving the speed shorts. I heard they are 4 way stretch, which is awesome. I don't love the polka dot waistband, but that part gets covered up anyway, so I think I can live with it :)

And I'm digging the combo of the spry blue CRB with the black and white striped tank underneath. VERY cute!

I agree with the other posts, I would love a color comparison of all the recents blues (which are all beautiful!)

I like the idea of a wrap but I don't like this one. Too much fabric in the front makes it look messy. Not enough fabric in the back makes it look weird.

Yes!!!! I'd love a striped skirt myself:-)

I have 2 pairs and never had mine roll if that helps. I am a size 2 and they are not particularly tight, maybe if they are tight it causes the elastic to stretch out and roll? Not sure.

i really like the soot crb with the pink stitches. is it fully reversible? havent seen the contrast stitching in a while...

I'm never awake for the upload, but I'm really loving some of these new items. Anyone know what time the upload usually is EST (which is why I'm always asleep :))?

re: blues comparison... I was looking at the men's metal vent tech long sleeve on the LLL website. It is available in surge, spry, beaming blue, beach blanket blue, peacock, kayak and heathered deep blue. That's a lot of bluish in the same shirt! Lol. It helped give me a better idea of spry. :)

just went to my lulu store and the iconic wrap was priced at $88.

does it bother anyone else that the spry blue CRB on the girl in the fourth to last picture looks incredibly sheer? I can see her black/white striped bra underneath =[ I really like this color and want something in it- just hope it won't be that sheer...

Anonymous said...

I just snagged the serene ss from the store. It is ridiculously soft. It runs a bit big so I you are between sizes, go with the smaller size. So cute!

I just went to the store tonight and they had a bunch of the new items out already! In addition to the new CRB colors, Iconic Wrap, and Energy Bra, there was also a Groovy Stripe Nimbus Pacesetter skirt. The spry blue is true to the photos shown here. :)

Yes my just bought Spry blue CRB is identical to my seaWheeze blue luxtreme shorts.

For a better look at Spry Blue b4 the upload, check the men's section on the lululemon website.

Those Studio crops are cute, BUT the last two pair I got were beyond disappointing. Bleached coral was so see through I could see a mole on my a$$. Those went back. Soot light, at least aren't sheer, but they have cheapie plastic ends to the drawstrings. The white backing in the elastic is clearly visible through the drawstring holes. And, the drawstrings themselves are made with a different material that continually bunches up. I will not be purchasing additional Studio crops or pants until these issues are fixed. I don't care how cute the color is.

Spry blue and soot light CRBs will promptly be joining my collection. No doubt about that.

Totally OT! Just got my shipment confirmation of one of my YogaSmoga crops, all black or Carbon. (Ordered two.) Bought this one in mid April. Hope those who ordered will get their shipping confirmations soon too. :)

FYI guys, the new mod dot and cool breeze speed shorts are 2 way stretch, and the new tanks are made in cambodia :(

Anonymous said...

Woo! I knew there would be a new skirt, thanks for the tip! Although this means I have to stay up for the upload and, if I'm not fast enough, get to my store at opening. (Wow, that sounds pathetic) Was it in Tall? ;-)

OT but where in God's name are my Yoga Smoga crops?! 12 weeks waaaaaaaaaahhhhhh.
