elbow pads...because the elbows are notorious for releasing heat during cold weather
fugliness. i'm so OVER the color blocking. even my beloved Ann Taylor released some fugly color blocked items (which are now on sale--in all sizes). jeez, i'm in my twenties and don't consider myself the fuddy-duddy type of person, but this is one trend that can be done really wrong. this stuff looks like the color blocked old navy gear (seriously check their website)--very obvious/obnoxious and cheap.
no silly...elbow pads because the elbows are notorious for being so cold as to need padding! or maybe because they're so hot they need to be padded in case someone comes up to hold you by your elbow? safety first.
WHAT LONGESLEEVE TOP IS THE WOMAN WEARING WITH THE SPEED SHORTS?? It looks like a cream color with red love stitchin/seem?
That top with the Speed shorts is the My Mantra long sleeve I believe.

umpteenthing the dislike of the color blocking... i really, really hate it. not flattering.
I really need some warm winter running pants (and jacket) and will be looking elsewhere.. lulu seems to have very little that both looks warm and comes in a solid color.
Thanks 3:10 pm. I am looking for a place in Canada where I can order leg warmers, that are really well made, (high end) starting at around $50. I looked the other night on Etsy and most of the places were not in Canada. I want to avoid duty. :) Any other suggestions....would be awesome, especially if someone saw them in a Canadian store. Thanks!! :)
The color blocking really isn't flattering. It looks like you ran out of material and used whatever you had left.
I really wish Lululemon would wake up and rethink their quality along with designs. If it isn't broke, don't fix it!

Wildly off topic, but I meant to say: On London stores email list and they recently sent a note round saying that they'll be launching their new (Europe based) site in November. Prices will be in pounds and they "will focus on our core yoga styles at first" so encouraged readers to make final international orders while they still could.
so, guess it's launching in the next few days or weeks.
Man this color blocking SUCKS. the only color blocked items i've bought are the runder under in alberta lake/raspberry glo (and only because it reverses to black) and the new love red/coal speeds. I actually like the coal bottom on these for practical reasons (darker bottom won't show dirt as much)... but everything else i've seen lately is so ugly! I am also not at all a fan of either limitless blue nor clarity yellow :(
I would love either the front or the back of those Speed shorts for the whole pair, but the combo looks silly.

Ok, I just got on here to say what the heck is the deal with all the two-tone/color blocking, and I see that ball is already rolling! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks they have gone OVER THE TOP with this trend. I was all ready to buy the polar cream Devotion Short Sleeve Tee, then I see the back is like a different shirt was sewn on to it! Every single color is two tone except black, and I already have the black Every Yogi tee. What in the world? Thanks lulu for saving me $58, I guess. :P
Where is that new green we are supposed to see?? I like yellow and blue abd LOVE red but not these colors although the ice queen pant in the blue snd black is really sharp. But to me the Love red is so bland - not even close to last year's currant!! I had such high hopes for the love red/coal RU shirt and SITWI tank but the red is soooo eh.
I so wish I could wear speeds - too much butt to wear them!
Elbow pads are FUGLY and crinkly! If it were normal fabric it wouldn't be so bad. It looks like bubble wrap on the elbows and shoulders. Nasty.
i tried on the Ice Queen pants tonight - the red ones made me feel like i was in a marching band. Love Red on those pants is VERY VERY bright compared to how it looks in the photos (at least on my screen).
i would say that the LR swiftlys are much closer to flash (warmer pinkier "red") than currant (cooler red).
in the first base tank, it doesn't seem as intense and is more like the latest version of currant or even tango red from last year (or so?).
Like plastic grocery bags.
Back then - I hated color blocking - still hating it on the second time around.
Legwarmers - try roots. I've bought legwarmers from them in-store 2 years ago.
Thanks! Already found some at Roots, but unfortunately they WON'T be in all stores! (the leg warmers) I was told only a few select stores in Canada will have them and they are going to be exclusive. I had to special order a pair. :)
