Bordeaux vs. Plum Mini Check Pique Define

A nice comparison photo of the new Bordeaux Define to last year's Plum Mini Check Pique Define. (Thanks to Ms. K for the photo.)

Is the color name "Bordeaux Drama" supposed to be a pun? LOL.

Wow, I love the plum! I am still on the fence about my bordeaux WU pants. I read someone's description of them of muddy brown, now I can't get the brown color out of my head. I really want a rich maroon color. Can anyone convince me please??

I also love the mini check pique. I'm excited to get some patterns/textures instead of just solid. So happy to see the tonka stripe and some heathered items.

Side note -- I hope they d another run of herringbone WUs!

I usually like the solid colors but I think the Bordeaux define would look better if it was heathered like the Coco jacket

Hey luluaddict,
I just found this

@ anon 10:31 pm - I've seen articles about that. I'm surprised they haven't gone after the other companies copying their designs. Someone commented on here awhile ago that Calvin Klein has a history of copying designs from smaller companies.

I have the plum Define on the right, and it is one of my favorites! Super soft & cozy. I hope more come out in this type of textured fabric for fall/winter.

I am loving my bordeaux drama WU pants. At first I thought there were too brown now I definitely think they are more maroon. They look great with a lot of items already in my closet which tend to be more black, grey, dune, color tones. I have some bright items but not a lot.

I agree with @7:04. The Bordeaux drama WUs are definitely maroon. I LOVE mine.
