A reader writes that the new Deep Thoughts Scarf is $78 but can be worn as a tube dress? I'll try and dig up more photos of this. It's made of Tencel Silk Jersey. It comes in Black and Fossil/Lilac.

Not digging the scarf. Maybe it'll be nicer in person.
I would assume you make it a tube dress by sliding through the open ends. I would have marketed it as a dress that you can also wear as a scarf. Color looks beautiful but looks way too big for a scarf.
I have a J Crew navy and red striped tube dress that I wore this past winter as a circle scarf...although it was not designed to be worn both ways, it worked very well
ladies, it is a lot of fabric and it is long. because this scarf is very thin, volume wise it's about the same as other lulu scarves. it drapes nicely, too. yes, to wear it as a dress you need to slide in and most likely someone's help to adjust the back. i saw 2 women with different body shapes and age difference trying this scarf as a dress in the store, and it looked great on both. it was a main selling point, which worked - both bought this scarf...
$78 for a scarf is absolutely ludicrous! even if it doubles as a dress... it's not like it's a cute/unique/special dress, it's just a TUBE dress. $78 for a tube of fabric....
absolutely agree. this scarf is way overpriced as a scarf. even as a dress it's still look like a cover up vs dress. btw $78 in cad, in usd it will be a bit less i believe
WHaT?! A scarf that doubles as a dress? Ridiculous. Too much fabric. Looks silly too. Tried to like the whole lulu scarf look- but it just looked like a messy cheap towel twisted around peoples necks.
I bought both scarves and they are some of my most favorite items in my closet. The fabric is so soft and silky, they have very useful pockets built into them and a loop that allows even more ways for it to be worn. Definitely worth the money.

They have this at the Fashion Island store. I tried it today. The ends aren't sewn together so it looked unfinished. I passed.
I tried this scarf on a couple hours ago. Both color looks very nice and it felt so soft. It has glitters on the darker side.

That looks like an awful lot of fabric for a scarf

$78 for a summer weight scarf seems a little ridiculous.

I won't have to think to deep about paying $78 for a scarf. I don't care what it converts into...
That scarf is not worth 78$! Don't even try to sell a ketchup Popsicle to this lady in white gloves!
Definitely looks like a dress is hanging off of this woman's neck. Way to much fabric. $78?! Ridic!
