I wish it didn't have that stripe in the middle of the dress underneath the bust. It detracts from the dress...bummer.

Looks a little bit like a nightie with a reflector! Is that a reflector?

Also, in the first picture, it looks SUPER short!! I love my legs, but I'm all for modesty too :)

butt ugly, $98, you've got to be kidding!! i'd rather just use my $42 XL crb and say it's a dress LOL

ick on the dress...maybe as a tunic but sure not for $98. looks like a redo of the old Run Lulu Run Dress and the Run Flow Through Dress. both are '08-'09 era. those were $84 back in their day.

@ Minda - Nightie with a reflector is a perfect description of this dress! LOL. It's not at all cute.

Just wondering: what does one wear under a "run dress"? Or do they somehow have built-in shorty shorts? I would think that would cause all kinds of fit issues.
I bet that the reflector isn't too noticeable in person. Usually the camera flash will make a reflector look way brighter.
Also, just a thought on the price: you would end up paying around $100 (at least) for a new top and new shorts or running skirt. So, if you consider the dress an outfit, it doesn't seem as bad pricewise. That said, I'll be putting my $100 toward a jacket tomorrow, not this dress!

Way too high waisted - an empire waistline doesn't do much to flatter anyone, as it's not defining the narrowest portion of the waist. This dress is a victim of poor design. If they had dropped the waist several inches, I think this would be very cute.

okay here is what's up with this fabric. They made this in the Marathon Tank also as you all know. This fabric shows EVERY stain and crease. My Marathon tank tops when folded as I do with all my other fitness wear, it leaves permanent crease and sun block stains don't come out. This is the most delicate fabric and even slight stretching the fabric will make it look like that area is completely worn out/thinned out. I will NOT be spending my money ever on this fabric. Lululemon needs to seriously start testing their fabrics and NOT just come up with some God forsaken fabric and make 700 pieces and sell them to us unsuspecting Luluaddicts. I have brought all of my Marathon tanks and shorts back to the shop and they didn't have a choice but to refund them ALL. I returned 6 items. I'm a marathon runner and train all the time and delicate running fabric is NEVER acceptable. So now i'm back to buying Nike running gear which last forever literally and i can throw them all in the washing machine without worrying about it. Of course I will still buy Lululemon but only things that are durable like Scuba Hoodies and Rest Day Pullover type of items. Oh and this dress is hideous and so boring

They actually took back the stuff? Without tags and already worn? I have some marathon stuff (the skirt) and have not had a problem yet but would like to know my options. Just in case.

I think the running dress in black is very cute :)

(topic of run a marathon crops, since someone was talking about the marathon stuff) I ran 4 miles in muggy florida heat in them. the capris were very light and breathable. I didn't feel the waist or knee area was tight on me at all as was reviewed by someone else. The silicone nubbies did NOT hold my shirt down - it seems more of a fashion accessory. I felt like some kind of exotic reptile! lol. I like the capris but will not buy another pair. I'm usually in workout gear for several hours out of each day, and I do not recommend doing anything but running in these as I could feel the material catch if I brushed up against doors or tables - even counter tops. SMoothish things! Normal things! The big pockets on the sides are kind of awkward. I liked that my iphone fit perfectly into the secure zippered back pocket. Deep down, I really love my nike tech capris more as I feel like I can beat them up and then wash them!

The dresses are not my type. I don't run so no use for me. I can buy cuter dresses for the money. I have never owned this material since I don't think it's pretty at all. I am not a fan of the cut out stuff to air out sweat. The Run in the sun stuff all don't appeal to me. Thank goodness. I am excited to get Tame me tanks and swiftly. No more skirts, no more dresses (maybe).
