Did anyone else get the email from lulu about account cleanup and possible charges to credit cards -- and if you notice one to call them? WTF -- I have to go check my CC statement for a recharge from a past order- - are they serious?

I have never heard of this before from any other online store --

What?! I didn't get that. That is horrendous!

Here is the email

Our systems are currently undergoing a clean-up, and as a result, you may have been sent an order confirmation email from a past order. Rest assured, your account will not be charged, and you will not be sent a parcel with items previously ordered. However, if you come across a charge to your credit card, please reach out to the Guest Education Centre. We can be reached Monday through Friday from 5am-8pm PST, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 6am-6pm PST at 1-877-263-9300. If a phone call isn't convenient for you, please feel free to use our Live Chat service at www.lululemon.com, or email us at gec@lululemon.com.

Humm... I didn't get this email BUT I did receive today a shipping confirmation for an "old" over $900 order (old being two weeks ago)!
I'm hoping lululemon has not charged me twice this amount, because my husband won't be overly excited. I'm not sure now whether I should call the GEC... Since I don't see/receive the statements, I don't know for sure about the charges. Really lululemon, WTF?!

I saw the menthol CRB in the store today. It's pretty, but the shade kind of reminds me of dcotor's scrubs.

Carter - I was thinking the same thing, only about the porcelain! I live right near a hospital/med school and people everywhere are wearing this shade of blue. I can't get past that association, so this color isn't going to work for me.

Wow, I had the same thought today, too! But like Carter, I associated the methol color with scrubs. Incidentally there were lots of methol CRBs in my local store today, even though it's sold out online.

I saw those marathon crops with the new Wee are From Space print. It looked like Porcelaine, Methol and Coal, but it could be Porcelaine, Menthol and Black.

Okay, I am so envious of anyone who can wear the DSJ, but the more I see them the more they look like they are pulling in everyone's shoulders. Are there colors that are looser fitting in the shoulders than others, or is this just the way people wear them because it's the only way they come? I am like a 4 waist, 6 shoulders, but in this even the 8 pulls in my shoulders and across the back. HELP!

Michelle, I totally agree with you. I am a 6 in lulu, but I bought an 8 DSJ and it did not fit my shoulders at all! I ordered a 10 in the Porcelaine (no store near me) but I don't know if it will fit. But it's ridiculous that I might have to go up 2 sizes to get a jacket to fit. My body was normal, or so I thought.

Is it just me or does the menthol CRB fit tighter than other crbs?

Hi...I just bought the menthol crb in my store today...the color is very pretty. I think the heathered crb's run smaller than the regulars - of course they did not have my size, so I sized down. I am hoping the educators weren't lying to me and really thinking that I looked like a stuffed sausage.

I'm sure you didn't look like a stuffed sausage! I always say - If you have to ask . . .you already know!!! And if you ended up buying it I'm sure it looks fab! - Anyway does anyone have any opinions on the run a marathon crops?

Anyone notice that the LLL website lists the Cruiser shorts as Swift material and NOT french terry? I ask because if they truly are Swift, I might actually consider them. But as French Terry, I can't justify 'em. Anyone seen/ felt the Cruisers in person yet?

Sorry, @ Minda:
I got to try on the Run Marathon Crops a week or so ago and I wasn't as impressed by them.

Fabric wise: I don't run much, so that might be part of it. I love the thicker feeling Power Luxtreme of the Inspires as well as the Chase Me Crops and the Marathon ones seem much thinner. Of course, that might be better for breathability for a real runner, but for my needs, I just get paranoid that they'll wear sooner and that extra breathability doesn't seem worth that risk since the Power Luxtreme (and circle mesh) seems so wick-friendly to begin with.

Fit wise: They seemed to cut across my waist, but I'm super self-conscious of my belly pudge. I also didn't like the way they felt around my knees (I am petite at 5'1" but I have a shorter torso/ longer legs for my height). Have you tried the Excel crops? Those were even more snug around my waist (in a not good way), so if those were "almost right" for you, then the Maranthons might be perfect for you.

Personally, I need a higher rise waist and I love the feeling of the thicker Power Luxtreme crops. Just my 2 cents.

Luulilly- I purchased the cruiser shorts at the store yesterday. I hesitated due to the 64.00 price tag, I also worried that the hem would roll up after washing, and also that the black would fade around the seams, stay tuned on those issues. Initially the cruisers felt smaller than speeds of the same size, but I think that is because the French Terry doesn't lay as closer to your body. When I laid the cruisers on top of my speeds they appeared to be identical.
However, the waist band on the cruisers was about 1/4 of an inch wider ( from top to bottom). The biggest difference is that half round seam around the top of your butt, it is easily a 1/2 inch wide, it matches the rest of the edging on the short. On speeds that is actually around 1/4 inch throughout the short. I think this is why the cruiser looks a tiny bit different from the back. You can see the seam difference in the pictures. Hope this helps. And ya... Not sure why they have a 64.00 price tag...the lulu symbol on the shorts is cute though:).

I haven't gotten any e mails re possible dupe charges. I really hope I don't get any. The last thing I need to deal with now is possible dupe on charges. I am starting to get disappointed in LULU on quality & how the web site is managed. I really hope they get things together soon

Thank you Lululily for your thoughts on the marathon crops! That was a really great descriptive opinion I appreciate it! I like a higher rise in the waist but was hoping for a super thin material to breathe out as I live in Florida and its soooo hot running in the summers here but I don't like shorts for distance.- so hunting for go to crop. I haven't tried excel or anything other than WU for crops. I hope they work out! thanks again =)
