Yup, think I need Will pants.
I tired this on in the store yesterday....& honestly I dont get the excitement they were so darn tight around my ankles that I'm suprised I didnt break my nail trying to get them off... lol and they went uo past my belly button! in the waist area they were fine but the legs are like really tight skinny jeans that are a struggle to get off.
Not tempted by these at all. It looks good on that woman, but some of the other photos were not flattering. Bleh.
I get what they are going for, but you have to have the exact perfect top to wear with it or it looks bulky. I have some similar pants I got years ago from Bebe Sport and they look amazing with one top and one top only! Plus I have a problem with drawstrings.... why do they have to be on the outside where they create a bulge under your tank? On my pants with strings I have to let mine hang or try to tuck it in, which still has an awkward bulge.
2 problems for me:1) If I wear them up they will be ridiculously too high waisted. 2) If I wear them folded over, then I have that big ol' bow to deal with. Most of my tops are at least slightly below my hip level, so do I wear them over the bow and have a big bump where the bow goes, or do I just scrunch the shirt up in the middle so the bow is showing? Both options are not appealing to me. Pass.
I'm trying, I really am, but I just cannot find anything appealing about these pants. Anything that requires this much thought or adjusting tends to stay at the back of my closet; I reach for the 'simple' items first. And I agree with the drawstring comments; even on my loved Recognition Pant, the bows make bumps under my tanks when tied, and if I leave them dangling, they just look awkward. I've even thought of cutting them off as I never tie them anymore.
I work out in sport bras sometimes, so this pants will go with any and all of them. I'm so excited that can hardly wait til they are uploaded. Love the pockets too.
Wearing my new Will pants, OMG LOVE! Bye bye muffin top!
Anon @ 3:13, I agree 100% with everything you said. These pants just did not work out for me at all. Too long/tight in the legs, too high in the waist!
