Don't Hurry Be Happy Pullover Photos

The first "real person" photos I've found of the Don't Hurry Be Happy Pullover. It's always helpful to see the real people photos to get a gauge on fit. As soon as I find some more photos, I will post them.

Anyone else see the second picture and think "ET phone home?"... That said I ordered one this morning lol. Will be interesting to see this in person.

Yet another item that does nothing for me. I don't get it- all the hype over something that's going to make you look frumpy unless you're tall and thin. no thanks.

In the real person photo, does it look like the arm material is a little thin?

Hmm, more fitted in the arms that I had hoped. I keep buying lulu stuff with fitted arms and I want some arms that are a little looser so I can layer. I'd get a scuba but I find them too short for my torso and the material feels too stiff and heavy for my liking.

Anon 9:07, I don't know - it could just be the seam and lighting?

I am hoping this girl sized down and the web models have not sized up from their normal size 6's. I really want the slouchy look the web models show and not the more fitted look in these photos. C'mon stores, post some more photos. We need more data points!

@ anon 9:10 am - Tight arms in lulu are a major pet peeve of mine.

Argh. I'm trying to add a Deep V Bra, lilac, size 10 into my cart... not working. Then I tried their "chat" and got this message:

"Could not insert into reporting.ISChatLogs"

Are they ever going to get lululemon.com to not have so many problems?!

I like it, she looks cute. I got a 4 (my usual size in Scubas, Strides, etc.). I like this a bit fitted. Hoping it works out.

@ Trying to Buy Online - I've been reading the website is having lots of issues with checkout. Yet again! Post a message on their Facebook wall and embarrass them into fixing their issues.

Looks like the ones Old Navy sells for $20

I decided against it - the longer styles don't agree with my 5' 0" height. It does look very cozy though. The Live Simply is too long on me as well.

I think she probably sized down. Similar to the Flashback Pullover, I'm surprised by how many size down. These types of pullovers are meant to be big and baggy IMO. Anyway, I'd like to see it on someone in their true size. What am I talking about? I can't justify buying this even if it were super duper cute :/

I ordered a live simply this morning, but was a little hesitant because of all of the issues on the site. My order went through without a hitch (much to my surprise). Looking forward to getting my order.

In terms of the Don't Hurry Be Happy, I may consider it -if- it makes it into loot, but I wouldn't pay $98 for it. There are too many areas where it looks off.

I hope this educator doesn't read anything bad into the comments. They certainly aren't meant to be negative. It's just that we're trying to gauge whether the state fit of the pullover is loose and slouchy, like shown on the web models, or more fitted, like shown on the educator. Since the arms don't look super long on the educator, I am thinking she may have sized down, but then again she could be super tall. It's hard to know unless you see it on a bunch of different people and see a fit pattern emerge.

The arms look super tight - to the point where it looks uncomfortable! Doesn't look like you can move that freely in it. (And agreed with luluaddict - no criticism to the educator, shes cute! It's the sweatshirt that looks odd.)

I love it and ordered a size down in black. Can't wait for it to show up!

I like it, but not $98 worth of like....

I agree with Anon @ 9:57... I would consider it if it went into loot.

I hope the model doesn't feel bad either, but I have scrawny arms and a lot of Lulu is soooo tight on me. I like to layer as many people have mentioned and it's just not possible with most Lulu (unless it's a tank, then I can't take my jacket off in the winter).

I did buy this in coal and a black one this morning. I actually love the two-tone black one. Ordering went great (well, my finger kept hitting that d*mn email list button instead of the comlete your order button, but that was my fault for ordering on my iphone).

After reading this is fuzzy inside, I am pretty sure that I will return it. I get too hot in those type of sweatshirts.

Also, I have to agree that the scubas are too short (for me anyway, I am a hair below 5'7"), but I really like my Black Swan Live Simply. Back to the original gripe though that the arms are really tiny on it.

Lastly, thank for this blog LLA and to everyone for posting. I bought the deep camo pique online and am returning the one I bought in the store. I know it's only $9, but in this economy I can use it - so thanks again!!

I ordered a size 12 and I am usually and 8-10 in scuba-strides so I can be guaranteed a loose fit! I think the educator sized down too --but those arms look awfully tight and I am glad I ordered big!

This pullover is truly delicious. Tried it on today.

Re: comments above about the fit - if you want a slouchier look, you will have to size up. The piece is more fitted than it appears. My regular size 6 fit, but had to size up to get the slouchy look.

WET DROOPY DIAPER IS MY DESCRIPTION FOR CARGO HAREM PANTS! WHO IN THIS LULULEMON WORLD IS GOING TO PAY $98 FOR THESE HORRENDOUS THINGS. I THINK THEY'D HAVE TO PAY ME TO WEAR THESE

I think the harem pants are for young in body and spirit people and not for everyone. They look funky, hip and fresh on young slim person. I think Lulu is trying to market these pants to younger customers. I will try them in store just for fun.
