Photos of New Stuff - Heathered Purple Crush Scuba, New Hair Ties, Printed Align Mat

Heathered Purple Crush Scuba

The new hair ties in real life. They look a lot bigger than the old ones which I think was a criticism of those who had thick hair. I think one might also be included in the new Retro Groove Gym bag. Look on the zipper in the photo below - there is an Aruba one:

Inside of Retro Groove Gym Bag - Showing the new hair tie on the zipper

Lively Crewneck Tees - the sleeves don't look overly long to me

I'm thinking of taking up yoga and am loving the printed Align mat. I know that is not what is supposed to concern you in a yoga mat but it's so cute.   ;-)

Repetition Pant in Coal - I like the Repetition crops so much better. This almost looks like mummy wrappings.

A word of advice if you are taking up yoga, DO NOT GET THE ALIGN MAT. I got is a cheapy alternate to my regular mat, and I was highly disappointed that it stretched, makes awful sounds, and is totally non grippy. DO yourself a favor, if you are thinking of just checking it out to see if you like it or not, get a Gaiam! I bought my first one at WalMart for ~$20! Hope you take it up and love it, would look forward to reading your yoga fit reviews!

Love your blog!

Oh no, I think that I need some more of the ikat print +/- some concord grape. Went to Lulu yesterday and just had to come home with the ikat effortless tote!! Looks like another online order about to happen.

Website question, does anyone know if an Aussie address can order from the Canadian website? It automatically puts me to US/int'l. Hoping that I can!!

I am curious to try on a Lively Crewneck Tee so that I can compare it to my Live Simplys. Maybe I'll pick one up in the print if I like the fit. I'm not really a fan of the appearance of the new hair ties. The old ones were cuter! Also, while I do like the new color palette, I feel like many of the choices are similar to things I bought last spring.

I also tried the align mat and didn't like it. My palms slip. A towel helps though.

The Align Mat is a decent inexpensive option for those of us allergic to latex though - it can be hard to find yoga mats that aren't made with latex or rubber.

that sounds like a spammy comment.

@ Anon 2:43 pm - I'm not sure but I think anyone outside Canada has to order from the US (aka "International") side of the website if you are having it sent directly to you. However, you can order from the Canadian side but it has to be mailed to a Canadian address. Some people have found Canadian "angels" through the Lulu Facebook site that will let you use their address and then re-mail the items to you.

Thanks for the yoga mat advice! I do have a cheapy mat from Target but thought the Lulu one with the print looked cute.

I was just in my local lululemon store, and I don't find the repetition crops that fantastic either! The full repetition pants are the worse of the two though. I don't like that on the crops, the chevron pieces move around and fold up on each other! I would be constantly fixing them.
