Who Cares About Oprah? Michelle Obama Wore Lululemon Yesterday

I could not care less what Oprah puts on her lists but I think it's pretty freakin' cool that the wife of the President wears Lululemon in her public events. These are photos of Michelle Obama at a Let's Move event with children in Harlem yesterday. She is wearing a Potion Purple Define and I'm pretty sure that's a Power Y underneath. I can't spot a logo on the pants but I think it's a safe bet to say it's Lulu.

Love the color of the define jacket!

I would think if the pants were Lulu, you would be able to get a pretty clear shot of the symbol in the bottom picture...unless of course they are reversible and it is on her waist....do you have a shot of her back side? lol
I'm sure it is Lulu though!
I agree...who cares about Oprah!

I've really scouted the photos and the two other times (see 9/8/10 & 3/7/10 posts) there have been public photos of Michelle Obama in Lululelmon, there was no symbol on the pants. I don't know if the logo was removed or it was at the waistband. I assume it was at the waistband.

I wonder if girlfriend was the one who turned Oprah on to the magic pants...?

On a side note, I think Michelle is a Puma addict too-I can relate to that as well.

the color is called very violet not potion purple. P.P. was a few sessions ago the define the first lady is wearing is available in stores now potion purple is not.

That is def. a potion purple define, and probably a matching Power Y underneath. I guess she's had it in her closet for a few months! You can tell b/c the v. violet defines have a static collar and also the newer zipper pulls (and the color is different!).

RunMamma is right. The Very Violet Define on the website has a different pull (the stacked one) and a different colored collar. I thought it might be Very Violet at first but when I checked the available Define colors it didn't match up. Very Violet and Potion are pretty tough to tell apart when you see them by themselves.

Wow - Potion Purple really pops on the First Lady! I just love her sense of style. But it's like this color was made for her!
