The blog where lululemon fans discuss and feed their addiction. Photos, reviews, and news of the latest lulu.
I think people are losing interest in these stuff because of the fact that its so ridiculously overpriced.
it's nothing special unless the fabric is something absolutely wonderful but still....even if it is, i think it's pushing the limits. i am not even remotely tempted by anything in this line.
I'm surprised that I can see the tag through the pants on the second photo from the top. These pants must be pretty thin. What does everyone else think??
those pants are TOTALLY see-through!!!
I find it very off-putting to see the educators in see-through pants, seemingly without underwear on, and think that what they were wearing is put back on the rack for someone to buy. Yuck.
Wow, the tag IS completely visible through the pants.. Imagine how awful lightly coloured underwear would go with these.. Sounds like an embarrassing trip to the gym!Lululemon is already expensive enough as it is, I can only justify so many $52-$58 tanks, I can't bring myself to spend $72 on one! I also agree that I'm not overly impressed or even tempted by the new silver luon stuff. There are no fun colours, it looks thin, the jacket is WAY too short (Lulu, WHEN will you learn???) and the tank looks like huge alien bug eyes at the chest. Sorry Lulu, this batch is a pass!
BTW that jacket is ridiculously short.. I didn't realize it from looking at the first and second pictures, but the last few inches you see of what looks like the jacket is actually the tank she has layered under it (in the second you can see two lulu logos but the third shows that it has only one) so the jacket must end just below the ribcage or at the belly button... Ugh! I don't understand WHY lulu keeps making these super short jackets.. I bet every product review will complain about it, and it will end up in loot/ we made too much. Too bad, it would have been cute 4-5 inches longer.
Ugh. Not only are the pants see-through, but they also have that Bebe Sport/Ph8 design on the back (the crossed lines over the butt). I never liked that look.
Tried on the tank today. Other than the detailing on the front it is a glorified Push Ur Limits Tank and is not worth 80+ bucks.
Anon 4:50You raise a good point about the educator wearing a thong, and then the pants being put back on the floor for sale..although it's no different than the dozens of people who probably tried on a pair of pants before you bought them(in lulu or any other store)... just an arguement to wash your clothes before you wear them! :)
