Run Dash Tight in Very Violet

Although the Very Violet Run: Dash Tights aren't in the stores yet, one of my Product Alerts used this photo so the color must be coming pretty soon.

Very Violet looks a lot like this color used in the Inspire Tank but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. Do any of you know? I'm thinking maybe it was called Orchid or Hydrangea? Drats!

My fave running tights are last year were the run spirit tights because the high waist meant no downward creeping. The dash actually have the same high waist and will be very practical for fall running.

LOVE the run dash in violet. Shoot...I'm going to have to have these. Any brainstorms for extra money-making options ;)

I was just coming to ask if you thought the run dash tights were going to be this years run spirit tights. :) I love my run spirit tights and wish I had another pair.

I think the Dash tights look a lot like the Spirit Tights from last year. From what I am reading on Facebook, people are really liking the Dash tights.

Off topic; but I just caught up on Project Runway. This was RIDICULOUS that Andy never got called out on the copy design. I don't know that it was intentional on his part, but if Heidi (and her "people") are going to produce a line, shouldn't someone behind the scenes have brought this up during filming? Or during post-production?

it was crazy ridiculously obvious

In other news, your blog just set me back $110. ;) I would have never tried on the Define jacket in static plum but it is AMAZING. So flattering - both cut and color (perfect fall color), and the brushed luon interior is divine. Thanks! :)

Megan, so glad you loved the static plum define. I just ordered it and kind of hesitated ordering it, wasn't sure if it would be too much.. Hoping I'll love it too! Now I need a plum headband to match :)

yes--this color definitely reminds me of raspberry--one of my faves!

The waist band reminded me of the Spirit Tights too. While they say mid rise, they look higher to me. Much better looking in a color combo without the color blocking!

We have the dash crops here in Oz. Luvvvvvvvvvvvv the frill!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that the Run Dash tights are way cuter without the color blocking on the outer thigh, but I still think the back seams are at unflattering angles. Can't decide if I should hold out and hope for another style of tight, or just suck it up and get them in black. I've been pretty chilly in my crops lately though!

OT: I tried on the power pose crop and pant today and holy cow they run small. I usually wear an 8-10 in pants (I have wunder under pants in 8), and I couldn't even pull the 8s over my thighs. I'm definitely between a 10 and a 12. Wonder why they fit so differently...?

that top is raspberry, I own it :)

Yay! I love raspberry. I hope some nice tanks or pullovers comes out in a solid raspberry. I have a CRB in that color and absolutely love it.

I agree with the raspberry comments because I have a Bulerias tank in that color!

i have a crb and headband in rasberry. My favorite! Hope we see more in that color.

I've got the dash tights and they are really nice. The fit is nice and flattering. I find them to be high waisted, which I love!! They will be great for running or wearing around town with hunters.

I found the power pose crops to run small. I can usually wear a 6 or 8 in wu, but I needed a 8 in this style. Honestly I didn't think to try the 10's on. I like the snug fit of these crops, and love the detailed stitching.

Also loving my new scuba in plum. I wore yesterday with my power pose crops and a static plum CRB........love!

I've never tried the brushed luon. What is it all about? How does it wear.

I love the color Very Violet. Can't wait to see what else is released in this color. I would love a running luon pullover in this color.

I like these photos of the Run Dash Tight---very clear while the model's pose is more attractive than the standard stiff Lulu pose currently being used. Hope this is more how Lulu prod pics will look!

Yes! I'd love one of those braided headbands or satin headbands in plum to match my Define jacket.

re: brushed luon. It's just insanely soft and cozy. And the neck area on the jacket is a very light brushed fleece interior too. Heaven against your skin. No clue how it's going to wear but I think it will be fine.

Very violet looks like an old color that Lulu used a lot...jellybean. It is a very bright but flattering pinkish purple :-).

Brushed luon is fab...wears well and feels great on the skin. I have a Sergeant jacket in it-l-o-v-e.

I LOVE these tights! I usually wear my stuff on short runs before the long runs but it was cold out so I wore them. No chafing issues and no downward creeping like with the zoom shorts. However I did go down in size which might have helped. I'd love them in this new color!
