Side rant -- ordered 2 tanks online and of course they did not come with the cups -- so called GEC and Joseph said they can only send me out 1 pair -- im like whatever -- and he said its an environmental issue -- c'mon for 52 bucks a pop -- i think they can send out a set for each tank ordered -- If I had gone to a store -- I would have got a set for each -- that is the disconnect with etail vs B&M!!
I've just started buying the 5yr pima's and the modern racerbacks for casual wear. I really like them. I will definitely get these colors in both tops when I see them in the store next time. I really regret not buying a baseball hat. I don't even wear basebal hats but in the summer when I'm out all day I wear a beach hat. This weekend I decided I am really want one and now they aren't online or in any of the local stores I shop at. I hate when this happens. I really wish would would supply more inventory is the demand is there. Especially for something like this when it's summer time.
Do the 5 yr pima's fit snug? I am thinking of the post baby belly that will not leave no matter what exercises I do. But, I love the look of the pima t's, and the modern racerbacks as well. Anyone able to give me an idea as to how snug they are around the tummy?
I love the 5yr pimas. I wear them for casual wear exclusively (not working out). I love how soft, stretchy and long they are. I think they are flattering. Fitted but not skin tight for the person who was asking. Both the coal and passion are great colors.
I love the Pimas, too for casual wear -- they are long too -- so you can layer them or bunch them up a little if you want to camoflauge a little --TTS, IMOWarning: They are so soft, you might get hooked!!
The review thread on lulu re: pima tees is very interesting. I checked out all my lulu pima tees for little holes, and was surprised to find that my newest one did indeed have a tiny hole (3 weeks old, worn max 3x, washed gentle, etc). Of course I took it back. My other newest pima tee had twisted seams at the sides and I had to take that one back too. No more $48 tees for me until quality control issues are sorted out!
@momof5 - what BS - an environmental issue!!! I'd call back to get cups for each tank. Tell them you go to the gym every day, you don't have spare cups, and you don't have time to hand wash the cups every night after you've used them. The cups also get wrinkled and ratty after awhile so it's good to have backups.
momof5--Call back and talk to someone else. The tanks come with cups and you want them. This is getting absurd. The cost of those cups AND the reusable bag is all in the cost of the tank. They are now asking IF we want the bag we PAID for...and telling you, you can't have the cups you PAID for. This having to call to have them sent is the enviromental issue, send them with the tank. This saves packaging and travel.Also--why in the world can you not indicate on your order that you want the cups?? You can't even attach a message anywhere. It is absurd!!Geez, you wonder who is making these decisions...
