Real Life Photos of 1st 5 Minutes Pullover, Energy Pullover, First Wearing of I Just Wanna Run

1st 5 Minute Pullover - White and Lagoon

The top picutre illustrates well how translucent this pullover is.

Run: Energy Pullover - Tang Light and Lagoon

I Just Wanna Run Tank
Run: Swiftly Tech
I wore my new I Just Wanna Run Tank to spin today. I found it very comfortable and breathable. However, if I had to choose the most breathable and lightweight of the two tops, I'd probably pick the Run: Swiftly tech. I like both, however.

On a side note, a woman wearing a Lagoon Tracker jacket and a Lagoon Space Dye Power Y with black Wunder Unders chose the bike next to me. It was like we were twins since my I Just Wanna Run was lagoon. It's pretty rare that I see anyone wearing Lululemon at my gym let alone from the most recent collection. PS, Lululemon, she was rocking a size 6 and she was over 50 years old. So take your new target market of under 30s and suck it.

Swift Tank - Coming in Splatter Stripe Print
My local store put a note on their Facebook site that they just got some Swift Tanks in the Splatter Stripe Print. Could this mean there might be some Deep Vs, too?

"PS, Lululemon, she was rocking a size 6 and she was over 50 years old. So take your new target market of under 30s and suck it." - tee-hee just love that quote luluaddict. (Especially since I'm 46 and totally rockin' a size 6).

Love it too...48 here and a size 4..getting weary of finding fewer and fewer items I like in the stores...

tee hee - i laughed out loud at my desk right now. Totally agree though that most women at my gym that can afford their items are older & fab womens no doubt about it

hmm that's interesting that you say you rarely see people wear lulu at your gym. I live in socal too (West LA) and EVERY girl at my gym wears it - at both locations I go to normally. They are mostly younger, like 20 something year olds. So it appears that Lululemon has reached their new "target demographic" around here... just for the record, I'm 26 and I pretty much only buy Lululemon gear for the gym! I love it, but I love their old stuff better too. =)

Can't agree more with what you have said, LuLuaddict.
I am new to LLL. After browsing through your blog, how I wish I had known about this brand earlier. The products two or three years ago are much better in terms of design, print, and quality.

@ anon 8:44pm - I work out at an LA Fitness in Anaheim Hills which is only a mile from my home. The closest Lululemon is in Newport Beach 15 miles away and I don't think Lululemon has targeted many studios up in my part of Orange County. I think that is a major miscalculation on their part since I live in the upscale area of Villa Park/Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills. For some reason they stuck a Lululemon all the way out in wannabe Chino Hills (which closed within one year) but are neglecting an area with deep pockets. There are two other women at my kid's school who sport head to toe Lululemon but we're it.

I'm know the westside is big on Lululemon. When I went to Bar Method in Hermosa pretty much every woman in there was in head to toe Lululemon.

I don't mean to offend the sub 30 crowd. It's just the Lululemon has dropped a lot of designs/prints that were favorites with the original target demographic. The Athletic Deep V is one. For reasons I can't fathom they are making a lot fewer technical tanks with built in bras to wear for general exercise. The only ones with built in bras they carry now are the Swift Tank, Power Y, Scoop Neck, and All Out Tank. I think they are making a big mistake by limiting their tank product line so much. I used to buy a couple of tanks a month but I prefer variety and one of everything not 20 Cool Racerbacks.

I just picked up the I Just Wanna Run tank today and was wondering what bra you wear underneath it? I don't like to have straps peeking out but I think that might be unavoidable with this tank (big arm holes, low-ish back).

@ Anon 8:56 pm - I've been wearing a Champion Powerback 1694 underwire lately. I have a bunch of Flow Ys but they don't have enough support for me. One of the ladies who reads this blog told me about the Champion and it is awesome. They also have a non-underwire version - the 1693. I just ordered a black one tonight. A little bit of the straps peeks out in back but not too bad. It gives great support and it is so comfortable I wear it as a daily bra.

I also tried the I Just Wanna Run tank on over one of my Not So Deep V bras and it looked good. Only a little of the bra showed on either side of the racerback part in the back.
