Besides my iPod, my favorite piece of gym equipment, is my Camelbak Better Water Bottle. It is made of Tritan copolyester, is BPA-free, and you can put it in the dishwasher. My favorite thing about the bottle is that has a straw so you don't have to tip the bottle up to get a drink. This comes in handy if, like me, you tend to easily loose your balance on the elliptical or bike. You also don't have to pull out a valve before you can drink; you just bite down on the straw. (I've pinched the inside of my lip closing one of those typical sports bottle valves.) It has a wide mouth so you can fill the bottle with ice. It's not really 100% leakproof when tipped sideways or upside down so watch how you place it your gym bag. If you load it with ice, it will sweat but Camelback makes a nifty bottle cozy for about $10. They also have replacement parts for the top, valve, and straw which I find at my local REI store. It comes in three sizes - 16 oz, 25 oz, and 32 oz and tons of colors. The 25 oz is $14
